Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready.

I booked for 2 days knowing my flight was going to land at 7am and I also messaged the hotel through Expedia - letting them know when I was landing. I went to check in and was told my room was canceled since I didn’t show up. I was told someone from the hotel tried to contact me before they canceled my stay, I didn’t have a text message, voicemail, or even a missed call as I was traveling. Never again!!!

Terrible service and stay
There were so many issues, I'll just share the top 3. The staff was incredibly rude, i was charged for two nights instead of one (and was told i need to email the manager to get reimbursed), and the place was dirty.

I understand motel 6 is not supposed to be 5 star however this was probably the first 1 i have stayed at that really fell below my expectations. The staff was great no complaints there but the motel was definitely in need of remodeling. It had a musty smell as if it had been flooded.

The floor in our room was so water damaged that it was puckered and felt like we were on a trampoline. The walls had water damage, the veneer on the furniture was peeling off and there were ants that got into our stuff and ruined the donuts we had gotten to eat for breakfast in the AM
