Really nice hotel on the beach. The property is beautiful, clean, and the food was great. Additionally the staff is great. The only downside is the bathroom in the rooms. I’ve stayed here twice within the last 2 years and the bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The bath has cheap shower fixture, the sink was re-painted, but only over surface scratches. The toilet had the same thing going on with patches of paint to cover up previous damage. The tiles were dingy and the toilet paper holder was extremely flimsy.

Buena experiencia en general. Nos alojamos en una suite con king bedroom con muy buen tamaño (a excepción del baño, que es bastante pequeño, especialmente considerando el tamaño de la habitación). Personal del hotel amable y atento, si bien es cierto que la comunicación para determinadas gestiones fue algo confusa (por ejemplo, coordinar la limpieza de la habitación o informacion sobre excursiones). Respecto al personal, destacar la simpatía, amabilidad y profesionalidad de Verónica y demás personal de limpieza, así como de Isaac y otros miembros del equipo en la playa, que pese a tener siempre mucho trabajo, desempeñan su trabajo de forma impecable.

Mind blowing lack of work ethics!
Complete lack of work ethics from the staff. Very lazy and rude service for the most part. Always something small going wrong several times a day. Incidents too numerous to cite all here. Being kept waiting for more than 10 minutes by the staff at the beach as they chat and laugh with their colleagues, Being yelled at by a chamber maid, not being given vouchers that were promised, staff refusing to send food upstairs, and it goes on and on and on. Iron broken in the room, having to call twice for small room requests. The whole staff lacks professionalism and is just not doing their job…. They have lost control on this hotel and it shows.

I really wanted to love this property it it was just okay. Very basic, no entertainment, and the rooms were extremely plain. The staff however are a gem to this establishment.

The location was perfect, the room was too cramped for 5, and the bathroom was very small. The finishing in the bathroom was very messy and the door had plaster all Over it. It was disappointing that it was like this. The staff were very helpful. I am disabled and use a scooter and I could access all areas which is really good.

The staff was wonderful and location excellent!! Right by the beach and walking distance to Lincoln Road. Only downsides was that the bathroom is quite small, and as a family there is no storage/drawers for multiple people, and we stayed for a week. The space was a bit cramped for a family of 5. The hallways are very dark and the hotel rooms could use some updating. What they lacked in some physical comfort, they made up for in very good and attentive service at the desk, housekeeping, pool and beach - the attendants were friendly and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay!! Oh - also to know parking is expensive!

Great hotel positioned perfectly for a relaxing time at the beach. We got two chairs that were assigned to us for each beach visit. The rooms on the 8th floor were bright and comfortable. We noticed that the 7th floor was all black which is very strange and uncomfortable. We needed ice so that was the best choice to go go and get it. I would imagine the rooms are just fine there too. A little scary to be honest. Lol. .but seriously, a perfect hotel. The pool was nice and the service there was on point as well. If your looking for the a less party area this is a good choice. Walking distance not too far from shopping and really great food choices.

Service and food were excellent. Couldn’t ask for better service. Room was clean and nicely accommodated. Only negative was the construction next door which is out of the hotel’s control.
