The pool area was beautiful but the room was awful, the window was overlooking airline shaft, the furniture was extremely dated with tears. The front desk was not aware of Expedia VIP program and refused to look it up.

The room was very dirty especially the bathroom. There were stains on the couch and curtains. There was mildew in the bathroom tiles. Also, there was black stains on the pillow cases and I slept on it. I mentioned all of this to the concierge on my second day and no one did a thing to come and take care of this. Very disappointed

Great resort in SoBe
Great hotel in SoBe. Everything was perfect. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the fact that the bar and restaurant could be more lively. I understand it was low season but there should be an effort to fill up the bar and the restaurant to create a better vibe. Otherwise was a perfect stay

You don’t have a nightstand on the side so it’s hard to put your phone or random items that you might need the fridge doesn’t cool off enough that the room is decent. This hotel is a great choice for a first-time visit to Miami, thanks to its excellent location. However, I noticed that the front desk staff seemed more friendly and attentive to Spanish-speaking guests. Whenever I approached them, it felt as though I was inconveniencing them. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor—I could hear people in the hallways and in the rooms above me, which I’ve never experienced before. On a positive note, the pool staff was fantastic, and the beach staff was also impressive. The waitress and the initial staff member who helped set me up on the beach were both excellent. However, the staff member who came down in the evening to break down the furniture was somewhat rude. He seemed impatient and wanted me to move so he could finish early, which I found disappointing. Having visited Miami over 25 years, I’ve never encountered anything like that before. This hotel might be great for others, but next time, I’ll be willing to spend more for better service and a higher-quality experience.

Really like staying here. The lobby bar happy hour was AMAZING. Mike the mixologist bartender made amazing drinks and was probably the best we ever experienced. Nautilius is very lucky to have him on staff. He was our highlight of our stay there.

2 nights on our way to the Keys… had to check out south beach! Great location! Walked all over! Loved the property! Pool and service there was amazing! Beach too! The lobby bar was great! Lucas and Mike were great! The coffee cart/kiosk in the lobby was a great option as well! The bell staff was great as were the people who were checking us in and out too!

We did not receive any sort of VIP upgrade. The rooms are extremely small for what they charge. Even though you are a hotel guest they charge you for an umbrella . If you’d like to upgrade to a cabana there’s no sort of discount for staying at the hotel . The valet is extremely over priced and they parked our car somewhere infested with ants. Do not stay here . We stayed at the Eden Rock and it was a night and day difference.
