Excellent location! We loved the pool area, which featured ping pong, cornhole, and cozy sofas with seating areas perfect for games and relaxation. Both the pool and lobby bars were fantastic, offering Happy Hour deals with delicious drinks and light bites at half the price. The setup was perfect for our family of five, providing plenty of comfort. The front desk staff was outstanding—very helpful and accommodating. We even managed to get a late checkout when we requested it!

2025 New Years at SOBE!
One of the best things about staying at the Nautilus is how terrific the service is. This was our 6th trip over the last 10 years to the Nautilus and this year's service was the best ever from check in by Pio, to Eugenia & Estephanie at the Pool to Lucas & Michael at the bar. Kudos to all! Since we have been coming for 10 years, I can say that we are beginning to see some real wear and tear on the carpets and wood services on the room floors. Also, and this is important--there is MAJOR construction on either side of the Nautilus and those staying there should be told about this as it is VERY NOISEY from 7:00 am until about 4:00 in the afternoon. There are big diggers, earth movers, plus lots of drilling. I am glad they are renovating these properties, but customers should be made away of how bad it is on week days!

Only three negatives...1st, upon arrival desk clerk wished me a happy birthday and then asked me what kind of hyperthetical gift I would like for my birthday, sugesting sweets, drink or chocolate, than bubbly, white or red. I answered bubbly excited to see what I would receive. Dissapointed when I did not get anything at all. Next, 50.00 for parking overnight and 25.00 for beach umbrella is a bit high to ask of paying guest.
