Went for our honey moon and was instantly offered an upgrade. The desk rep was amazing and so nice! I wish I would of gotten his name! Views were so beautiful beach and pool right outside our room. Hotel was close to stores and restaurants. The beach even had service where they bring food and drinks! Even though the hotel Was going through renovations it barely bothered us. I would love to return soon.

Property is good thru improvement. Pool and beach were best part. The staff were friendly. We had change room due water damage to ceiling. Many extra fees, valet parking, resort fees and high bar fees.

PLACE IS ADVERTISE WITH FREE PARKING ON EXPEDIA, IT IS A LIE! EXPEDIA DOES THIS A LOT NOW A DAYS. THEY HAVE ROCHETS ,( COCKROACHS). ANOTHER ROOM FROM ANOTHER GUEST HAD LOTS OF LEAKING WATER ON THE AC UNIT. CARPET ON EACH FLOOR LOOKS OLD . THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE POOL AND BEACH RIGHT NEXT TO IT. STAFF IS FRIENDLY . WILL NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS HOTEL. HAVING COCKROACHS IS A BAD ENOUGH PROBLEM AND END UP TAKING THEM HOME AND RUINING OUR HOME. HOTEL NEEDS LOTS OF WORK. A PLACE LIKE THIS SHIULD BE WORTH HALF OF THE PRICE THEY OFFER OR EVEN LESS FOR SURE.

Construction going on on top 4 floors. So very noisy. The remaining floors are dusty and carpets are run down and very dirty. The power gets cut frequently. We had one whole day without power due to construction.
