Hotel is under renovation so lots of construction and extremely noisy... restaurant is closed.. they have 1 ice machine that works for the 1st four floors which was annoying. Other than that it was a great stay. Great location and friendly staff.

Fun time!
The room needed an update on the sofá bed and old carpet. Over all everything was great. The Pool and beach was really close from the hotel. We had a a lot of fun time. The staff member were really nice and attentive. The margaritas are expensive at the bar $25 dollars each.

We knew we were going into a construction situation but there is no excuse for windows so filthy and dirty that you can barely see the ocean, couches that are soiled beyond gross, carpet that should’ve been replaced years ago. Overall, the room was unacceptable. when I discussed with a representative at the front desk he said there was nothing they could do about it, No empathy or compromise whatsoever.

We booked during renovations so we expected some inconvenience with that being said a room 2 doors down flooded our floor and we had to reach out for a remedy which they did happily. Rooms are outdated but pool and location are perfect. Overall 8.1 out of 10

It is a beautiful property but be prepared to spend money on extra amenities. Also they play yoga music at the pool and isnt a very lively atmosphere. Great if that is your thing.
