Do not stay here. This was probably the worst hotel I have every stayed in. Absolutely disgusting. I am confident the reviews are fake because no one in their right mind would find the conditions acceptable.

Property was under construction. Valet and check in should have aigns to direct guests. No matter where I stood waiting for my car or checking in, i felt like i was in the way. The rooms do need refurbished so im glad they are doing construction. Staff was unbelievable. Best coffee at Lovebirds and they were so friendly there. Front desk brought us a much needed blanket at 2am.

Nice hotel in a great location. The hotel is in the middle of a major renovation so it was noisy during the day in the main areas. Rooms are I need of updating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing indicated that this place was under renovation. However, renovation or no renovation, the room was dirty, humid, the carpet was dirty and worn out and to make it things even worse.. there were roaches!!!

The room was diguesting . Filthy, worn out. Even had BUGS. Nothing worked. Not even the shower! Couldn't get anything fixed by staff....finally gave up. Was a beautiful setting outside at the pool, beach etc. Inside the hotel was all under construction / renovation. No dining rooms open ( just a place to pick up coffee ). Again....the room.....I've never stayed in a place so aweful.

This property wasn’t clean, unfortunately there was used soap, body wash, etc. in the showers. There was gunk in almost every corner, definitely not a cleanly room. The beds were made and clean.. The facility was under mad construction and that was not made apparent on the listings, we found out while checking in when signing a noise acknowledgement. The parking is off site, across the main road. $25 for self park, $35 for valet.. The floors were constantly dirty. Under staffed at the front. Only one cart for luggage, excessively long wait time for bell hop guy. Poor communication from the staff checking in, the attendant ran my card and I had to verbally ask what he was charging it for and how much. The views and the outside pool deck were AWESOME! Pool was very clean. Inside, not so much. The phones in the rooms don’t work. Over all, a poor experience but how can you be mad at the beach? Lol

I stayed at Newport Beach Hotel & Resort in Miami during Hurricane Milton and was very disappointed, especially with their claim of being pet-friendly. The only area to walk my dogs was a small patch of grass right next to a busy highway, and to get there, I had to walk them through a noisy construction zone and valet parking area, which felt unsafe and scared my dogs. This setup was not pet-friendly at all. The hotel failed to mention ongoing construction during booking, which meant the restaurant and gift shop were closed. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was poor, with dirty carpets and even a cockroach spotted upon check-in. Thin walls made for a noisy stay, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room at night. Check-out was a hassle, as we had to wait for a luggage cart and then were forced to leave our belongings in the lobby before pulling the car up. The valet process was chaotic, and one staff member was rude, trying to make us go back in line unnecessarily. The only positives were that most staff members were friendly, and the hotel provided protection from the storm. However, the lack of a safe pet area and the overall disorganized experience made this a stay I would not recommend, especially for pet owners.
