Heavily understaffed for NYE. Beach: ran out of towels, cafe: 30min wait for hot food, poolside: 1.5hrs for a burger, room attendant: no show for minor request. Staff clearly stressed out. Front desk were great though. Beautiful property but service negated it all over this busy holiday.

AWESOME!
We had an AMAZING time at the Nobu. The king size bedroom with Ocean view was perfect, with a beautiful balcony to sit and watch the ocean. The entire staff from Valet, to reception to people at pool and beach were so kind and friendly - and the grounds and resturants all so special - we had anawesome time.
