Great location in the design district of Miami, with easy access to 195 for a mid beach trip. My studio apartment was clean, comfortable & quite large, plenty of closet/storage space and fantastic amenities. My studio had a fantastic view of the intracoastal and Miami Beach. The only downside is there is no blackout shades for an east facing room. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend this property.

I loved it! I would definitely comeback! I chose the 1 bdrm and it came with a nice pullout couch in the livingroom. It was very spacious and clean. Big closet and big bathroom! Also came with free parking! Walking distance to all the designer shops! Loved it!

The parking garage space very tight I had a SUV size vehicle which made very difficult to park the spot I got was next to pillar I had to be very accurate while parking there wasn’t a inch extra to look. Then the front desk girl was little rude nd I felt attitude when she was explaining things it was like I m making her work. Good thing was rooms where osm clean nd big nd location was very convenient to other spots. Entrance of the building was very beautiful..
