The property was very nice and the beds were so comfy the elevators were slow but other than that was great and love the area around and the parking was hard are ticket never worked we had to pay each time we left

Fantastic property in the Brickell area. Staff were incredibly friendly and flexible throughout my stay. The hotel was modern, clean, walkable to central Brickell but also distant enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The room was modern, well designed and sleek with all the amenities needed and perfect for two friends sharing. House keeping staff were efficient and proactive, shower was consistently clean and spotless and beds were super comfy. Gym had a range of equipment allowing effective morning workouts. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Miami in the Brickell area. If you did want to go to South Beach Miami, you would need to take an uber/lyft or be in for a long walk. Area felt safe and there are multiple convenience stores within a 5 minute walk.

The staff was nice. The property was clean. We had our dogs with us. They were very pet friendly and a park across the street so we could pot our dogs. The only reason why we will not go back is the parking is terrible.

I liked the in house restaurant The food and service was excellent. The room was very clean. There was a grocery store near by that served cooked food. I didn't like having to pay for every single cup of coffee or tea if you weren't eating in the main dining area. That's ridiculous.
