Never again, halls smell like mold, when I went to lay in bed, there was a fecal stain in the fitted sheet, you can really see how this hotel worries about hygiene. We got up and left.

Booked an accessible room when evacuating from Hurricane Milton as I live in an evacuation zone that was deemed mandatory evacuation. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to park across the street in public parking. Also informed that there was no ramp available, only stairs leading into the lobby. Spoke to front desk and was told the manager would issue refund and to contact Zach Burke through email. The original check in date was 10/8/24 and the manager has yet to reach out to me after 2 emails and several phone calls.
