The pics made it look as if it was on the beach but it was in the middle of an intersection. I was very disappointed. Also the room was supposed to have city view but we were staring at a wall. Almost like false advertising.

The hotel was clean and in a very nice spot. Service needs some work for sure, the one night I had the sever giving attitude because I tried to help him then he ignored my table and was very ignorant. Prices at the hotel bar are also outrageous, every bar nearby is cheaper. Overall the stay was good.

We had a big, unresolved problem staying here. When going to use the blow dryer as I always do, a spark ignited and burnt a chunk of my hair off as well as burnt my scalp. I brought the defective blow dryer and the chunk of my hair down to reception and she didn’t care at all. There was also NO MANAGER ON DUTY through our entire stay… they told us to email him and now we have had no response. It’s too bad that this ruined our stay and the rest of our trip (Miami and then a cruise).

The location was great; only a 2 minute walk to the beach! It was within walking distance of so many restaurants and stores and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff could be short at times and we had to ask multiple times for new sheets(and then had to make the bed ourselves), but for the price, it was pretty good.

Not one of the better ones.

Great location. Free cocktail of day is super watered down and bar tender rude when there’s paying customers so we had to wait a bit, at that point don’t even offer free cocktails. We found parking 2-3 blocks down very inconvenient specially if we forgot something in the car it is $35 a day and it is not guaranteed. Beach is quite a few blocks to walk to, across a busy street. There were no loungers for us to use they were all reserved for fancier hotels and we could not rent any of them. We were in 2nd building had to walk over to building with front desk to request Beach towels or any other item for the room. Front desk gal when we checked in around 4:30 was kinda rude especially when we would ask for anything or call, just didn’t want to go in and ask for anything even though we paid for our stay. Morning girl was very friendly and approachable as well as when we checked out at 3am. Beds were comfy and room was a good size for 4 of us. Lots of places to eat and souvenir shops walking distance. Pool was down for maintenance. Room had a moldy smell. Key cards would easily deactivate. Sadly would not recommend this hotel. Stay across the street where beach is actually behind hotel.

There is no parking, so if you have a car park be ready to use your park mobile, Out dated, vintage meets semi modern, needs new carpeting and a paint job, no pool, but the beach is a block up to walk too, the restaurant next door over priced when it comes to breakfast and food look at what your paying for. The staff was and kind overall. In this area you will pay higher price for anything as to opposed to other local areas. I would have received more at a resort for the amount I paid here.
