I stayed in room 1109, the bathroom smelled like sewage, i informed the front desk, i had him come smell for himself he insisted because it was an older building, i asked other guests the did notice but was nearly as strong as my room, i was extremely disappointed the pics of property were misleading (to be nice) when you browse through pics of location it gives the appearance that its next to beach, has gym...those pics are of its sister property, would have to get wrist bands and travel to other property to enjoy. The staff was friendly for the most part, but i will never stay there again and wouldnt recommend Also i had to pay $139 for resort fee, i could have missed that during booking but i didnt see any mention of that during booking

This hotel was very quaint and I loved the atmosphere the vibe at the bar and restaurant was awesome and family friendly and the staff was very friendly and nice. And it was literally a block from the beach awesome The room was beautiful I had the queen studio and the location was secluded and quiet with two entrances from the street. Check in was very smooth and I can’t express how nice all the staff was. They offer a lot of amenities and is well worth it. And the prices are reasonable for this economy I would recommend this to anyone.

Hello, I booked a hotel through Expedia, but the conditions were not as described. The pool was advertised as on-site, but it was a 15-minute walk under the hot sun. The room did not match the photos — it was outdated, smelled heavily of chlorine, and had visible rust and poor hygiene. We called Expedia support within 1–2 hours of check-in, informed you that we were leaving, and requested a refund. Now we are told that the hotel refuses to refund, but we were misled by your listing. Please escalate this claim. We are requesting a full refund due to false advertising and unsanitary conditions. Sadly, the staff and operation of the hotel was below par. It took the staff 2.5 hours to check us in, with no compensation for lost time offered. They also didn’t clean our rooms even though our sign on the door requested it to be done. The location in reference to North or South beach wasn’t horrible. North Beach was walkable but South Beach required an Uber. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family. Not worth the money, and not worth the extra effort to deal with the disorganization of the staff.
