In the middle of renovations right now, so my room was recently redone and a little sparse on furniture but everything I need was there very clean staff was very helpful With changing my room once due to neighbor noise, and also setting up a ride to the airport at 4:30 AM

The rooms have a unique contemporary look. The pictures shown online are exactly what the rooms looked like when I walked in. You could smell the cleanliness of the room as soon as you open the door to your room. Very close walking distance to about 5 different restaurants. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. I feel confident to recommend to any other travelers coming to Miami.

It was convenient for a one night stay and its proximity to the airport was perfect for our late night check in. Lights inside both the room and the hallways were extremely bright and in general it was noisy, both airport noise and building noises (like other doors closing).

I liked the simplicity. The room was spotless and the bedding was new, clean and nice. The floors and walls were clean. I did wish you’d offer complimentary water. $4 water in a vending machine is highway robbery. You can do better. As for the overall area, I live in a small town so most of Miami scares me a little. 😅 it’s not you. it’s me.

Bed was dirty with urine odor and blood stain on all bed sheets. No frig in room. Shampoo and conditioner bottle empty. Will not stay there in future or recommend to anyone. Customer service could improve. Cold coffee. No breakfast. Location is good with plenty of parking.
