no coordination amongst staff and management. before i checked i asked the person at the front desk about late checkout, and they told me theyd give me complimentary late checkout no problem. the next day there was a different person at the front desk and they told me they dont offer late checkout and threated to call me the police if i dont leave me room early.

It’s a up and coming establishment. Construction is still going on. However, the spaces are clean (lobby, halls, rooms) the restroom needed a little more attention and a trash can needs to be added. Very clean fresh smell, only thing missing inside the rooms inside is a fridge and microwave.

Property is in overall good condition, but they are going through renovations so there is a lot of things to improve yet. Room was very nice and clean, but missing small fridge and microwave. I only stayed one night so cannot say too much. Staff was great, provided a great service, friendly but professional.
