Beautiful property, rooms and restaurants. Two beautiful pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas. They loaned you cute chairs to bring to the beach across the street and they have bikes you can use during the day. Everything was great, the hotel is close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. Right in the middle of everything. Rooms run a tad bit humid so that’s something to consider (stayed in a deluxe room) if you are sensitive to that but the AC works great.

I loved my stay! This was such a cute place and the restaurant was so good! Not fully sound proof but I always bring a sound machine everywhere I go so I still enjoyed my stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay in south beach miami

Staff is amazing! Attentive, friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is in Prime location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beach is right across the street! Beach was huge, beautiful, soft white sand and clear blue water. I usually prefer vacationing on the gulf but this beach was just as beautiful as the Gulf of Mexico. Rooftop pool is small but very nice and very few people used it while I was there. I got an extremely great deal on my room through hotels.com but the hotel is worth every penny at their regular rates. Highly recommend this hotel ! CJ’s crab shack has the best seafood out of all the restaurants on the strip

Nice staff but failed to communicate about our concerns regarding the toilet leaking and long wait on the phone to request towels so we don’t step on the puddles after the evening of day two and asking them for towels 3 times that day.

It's a great location, right on Ocean Drive with lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms were really bright and nice. The rating is for the fact I got eaten alive by bedbugs. I can post my room number, but if it's in one room it's likely in the others. But just in case, I was in 315 I think. Bedbugs aren't a reflection of cleanliness, it's an infestation, and once it's there it's tough to eradicate. they would need to close and get it treated.
