Very conveniently located 5 min to ocean drive. As soon as you walk thru the door you can smell the cleanliness of the property. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast. Rooms were spacious and balcony was a nice addition. Only thing i would recommend the hotel do is upgrade on the thin sheets and blankets. Other than that i still give it a 5 star. Would definitely come back. Welcome drinks were a bonus!

Nice location, extra miles employees, a block away from the beach, in the center of everything, good overall services, copious breakfast included, pool access; Free movie channel includes, included. Better than the most South Miami Beach Hotel. The only negative thing is that the Tv sound limit is set too low, and the Air Conditioner a bit loud , the overall was great The president Hotel is a very very good Hotel to stay

Great Location, but needs work
Booked 5 rooms for my family waiting for a cruise the next day. Location is great, but 1 room was filthy and 1 room was right next to the elevator which was super noisy all night long. Rooms are very small with the bathroom being the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. Would stay if I had to again, but would definitely try and find some place else first.
