The staff are very kind. They don’t really answer the phone at the front desk though. The breakfast is not great but it’s included with the stay. Elevator was continuously down. Theres NO RAMP, just a small stairway to get in the front entrance period, so keep that in mind. Also, the pool is tiny considering the amount of guest rooms and there’s not many pool chairs either. Definitely close to the beach, not opposed to staying here again, just depends on preferences.

A lot about this hotel was mainly annoying and inconvient. The elevator was broken on the first day. Which wouldnt have been so bad if our key cards didn't deactivate every time we went back to the room. We had to run up and down the stairs constantly. We kept it away from cellphones and credit cards and it would still do it. I never had that anywhere else. The bathroom door is also see through. So if you like privacy don't book here. I would understand if it was a private room for couples but we had a group of friends so everyone hated it. One of the employees by the door also acted bossy when I went to go ask for a receipt that I forgot. Telling me I needed to let my friend in the room before I asked for anything even though he wasn't working the front desk. The WiFi was also extremely slow. And we paid double the resort fee for having two people. (Went from 99 to 200 dollars) The location is next to the beach though so that's nice. The housekeepers were also super kind. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. I felt like I paid more than what I got out of it still however and probably would go somewhere else in the future even if it's more money.

Do not recommend. Elevators werent working for the whole stay. Had a baby and multiple luggage and was placed at the top floor. Expedia tried contacting for a partial refund and the Manager Michael has refused. Please go somewhere else to enjoy your stay. Food nasty, cleanliness mediocre, staff clearly incompetent and manager has no customer service skills
