Rooms need a arm chair to sit in. Pillows need updating. Room key entrance to pool area was not working or not turned on. Security needs to be better. Anyone can enter floors & pool.

A great location to just re-set
A great location to just re-set. I enjoyed my stay at Prime Hotel and plan to return again. I live in Palm Beach County, and it felt like I was a world away. Grateful for the privacy and modern beauty of this hotel, not to mention the amazing cuisine all around.

Great stay!
Amazing stay. Nice area and relatively quiet for Miami standards. The cookies they give at welcome are great! Highly recommend staying here. It is very boutique, small hotel feel. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv. Too old school and not many smart features, but it’s ok if you don’t plan staying too long inside.

Everything was ok but they could of had free breakfast for guest and housekeeper went in my room without permission and took my personal soap and didnt bring me any towels when i ask her i.gad to get towels the next day

When we arrived there was a problem with the air conditioner. The staff was very helpful and apologetic. We stayed one night in a semi warm room and they sent us champagne. They moved us the next night and we had a wonderful time. The Italian restaurant that’s part of the hotel had delicious food and our waitress was not only well versed with the menu but funny and engaging. Overall a great experience.
