The Hotel is very good. The unit itself is outdated and needs serious maintenance repairs. The bathroom sinks got clogged. The sofa bed should not be described as a bed where anyone can sleep. The mattress is inclined upwards which makes it impossible to sleep on it.

I stayed at the Arya hotel and didnโ€™t realize it was a condo renting from a private residence. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel was good as well. The only issue was getting towels and room service which I didnโ€™t realize would not be done the entire stay. The hotel only provided fresh towels if asked which was annoying. Overall an acceptable experience aside from not cleaning the room during the stay.

Nice, clean place in a great location! Pros: - Clean - Nice water pressure in shower! - Free parking - Great location - Washer/dryer in the unit Cons: - Although the primary bed was extremely comfortable, the sofa bad where my tweens slept was extremely uncomfortable. They were hardly able to sleep. - When I booked the place, I thought I was booking a hotel, not a private unit. There was no house-cleaning performed during our 5-night stay. Some other minor quibbles which I won't get into since they're not worth mentioning but overall, we were satisified with our stay.
