No body wash in room, staff said they could not bring me any body wash until the next day but never arrived next day either. very busy when u arrived for check in and very minimal staff to handle customers, waited very long time to check in. There was left over hair on the walls of the bathroom from previous guest. Floor and carpets were dirty. My wife got bed bugs bites on her arm. Glad we only stayed one night. That is one night too many. Never again.

The room floors were not clean, the fixtures were loose in the bathroom including faucets and handles. one of the room's bathrooms was hard to open as it was locking people on the inside. the balcony slider was coming off by itself. overall it was a bad experience for the cost.
