This room is not at all what is shown online NO KITCHEN. And the reviews say they are suits and has a kitchen nope a basic room not worth 800 plus dollars at all it also says it’s good for families with a baby where in the closet???

Excellent location in Downtown Doral. But I had to fight to get free parking even though the property description does not mention paid parking. My room had a plumbing problem (which they fixed). There was no desk/work area. The bath towels were hidden in a drawer and not obvious to find. Overall, nice property but many small annoying inconveniences.

Room and view were beautiful. Coming from NC we were not prepared for the language barrier we experienced with the staff. It was difficult and took much longer to express concerns. But, we worked around it! Overall, good experience.

The advertisement promise Pool, but Pool is in reparations, the elevator is broken only work one the property has two One elevator isn’t enough.

Beautifully designed common area and impressive lobby. This is a huge contrast from the room which was BARE BONES! For a property with the words "Grand and Luxury" in its name, the room DID NOT feel or look "grand" or "luxurious". Scuffs all over the walls. No TV in the living room. They didn't even provide soap in the bathrooms and the water was even shut off for one of the bathrooms. Also Very Important: the pool is CLOSED till December! This is not advertised anywhere on their website or Expedia before you book, I had to explicitly ask about this. They tell you we have access to the sister property pool which is a very short walk away but you need to reserve a slot ahead of time online and it's limited to 2 hours a day!! All in it was fine place to stay for a week, maybe slightly above average but not a "grand luxury" experience at all.
