The drainage system needs a clean. Toilet smell seem to come up from the drain. But being close to the airport and the free shuttle was nice. (Although the driver asked for tips at the end)

The room was very outdated. Chipped tile in bathroom, rusty hardware. The bed was awful, it was an old squeaky spring mattress. The lobby, pool, restaurant and downstairs areas were amazing, clean and updated.

Unacceptable behavior by the staff and unwillingness to help in any sort of kind and humane way. I paid for a room and was unable to use the room and they have zero logical reasons for their rude behavior.

The hotel exterior and some interior areas not clean . The front parking area the roof incredibly dirty. Landscaping and tree limbs on the ground. Furniture in the room almost falling apart. And yes noise was another issue
