Unfortunately this hotel has changed a lot. We understand they have started the renovation on top floors and that is all very welcome. However in the meantime they will have to deliver in the rooms they have available. We arrived to no bathroom vanities, the safe not working, coffemachine not working and 3 of the bulbs in the rooms lamps not working. The cleaning was so, so. Very slow service in the restaurant, only 2 on duty and many guests on a Friday and Saturday. So st present , not a typical ALL hotel. We have stayed in Spain, France , Italy and Shanghai , England and other places, never have a ALL hotel prior to this stay been a negative surprise.
