We booked this property as it had free airport transfers, only to find out it finishes at a earlier time So had to get a Uber Breakfast was ok, To our disappointment they sold no coke or lemonade , But was a ok room with Wi-Fi what else do you want for the price bed shower Wi-Fi and a breakfadt

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was filthy! Trash on headboard and under mattress. Flipped back sheet and found dead bugs on bed. (Not bed bugs). Stains on sheets. Hair and “stuff” on blanket. I do not believe sheets were changed after last stay. Floor had not been swept, trash and dirt all over the floor and under the bed._we left and are awaiting refund from Expedia.

Our room was in air traffic flight. No airport for about 2 hours No restaurant and nearby food was blocks away.. pizza delivery was available. Airport driver nice Great transportation to cruise port.

While the hotel facility is average , their internet was terrible, and their policy of charging $10 per package delivered is unfair. I stayed for 5 days and had an average 2 packages delivered per day. Do the math. Even with this i lost 2 packages even though it was delivered. The unfriendly front desk staff was too lazy to check. And the front desk staff was not very friendly except for 2 . So if u want to stay there be prepared for poor internet, paying $10 for each package delivered to u, the worst continental breakfast and the front desk staff who are rude and unhelpful.

We did not stay.

I put in two questions to the hotel through the hotels.com app and got zero response from the hotel. Based off other peoples review of this hotel I chose not to stay and did not get a refund. My mistake. I should have researched more about this hotel from multiple sources and not just relied on the hotels.com app. The reviews on the app make the hotel seem ok but the more you read the more you may question whether saving a couple dollars are worth it.

First know one answers the phone after 8 pm which isn't convenient at all. Property looked nothing like the online pics. Included breakfast was not breakfast. Staff needs to speak some English. Hot water was non existent. Charge more and improve.
