Rooms are ok for a budget hotel, Location was good for my needs . I booked a room and was given a key to the second floor , i asked and they do not have a elevator and i had a fair amount of luggage. I asked for a first floor room and was told there were none , I parked ay 9 30 PM and there were 5 rooms with open curtains and empty , when i got up at 7 am the same rooms were open . So what happened is the women behind the desk did not want to do the work to fix this , Lazy customer service no way to run a service industry. Perhaps it was lack of proper training by the management or just laziness. Its a easy fix if you just put a small amount of effort into this

The room was dirty, bath tub water did not drain. Smell terrible, pillows were smaller than regular standard size. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a decent stay at this place. One drawback is the bathroom doesn't have a lockable door. Only a sliding barn door. No privacy as the mirror in the living area shows the bathroom through the barn door crack.

The room was clean, the people were friendly, and the area was close to alot of stuff. The only complaints I have are the smell of the air conditioner and the cable going in and out so much that you can't watch a whole show without missing some of it. Other than that, I'd stay here again.

Front desk was the rudest person I think I have ever dealt with as a customer, the lady didn’t even say hello, just asked for my name and gave me a piece of paper and said sign the highlighted areas and gave me the room number. The shower handle was broken and needed repair twice. There was blood spatter on the curtains. The silicone around the tub walls and floor was straight mold and separating from the tub/floor and walls, the list goes on. All in all just a terrible place

The staff was excellent, the room was very clean except the floors. The floor had not been mopped leaving dirt on the bottom of my feet. I had to continually clean them.
