Probably wouldn't I'd advice you stay here
Honestly a very strange hotel, the room looked like it was trying to be a mix between a beach club and skate park. It had a very cold, messy feel Bed was comfy but other than that, no idea what they were doing with the room design. Staying for 1 night was no problem. But I would say it's one of the worst/weirdest rooms I've stayed in from hundreds of hotels. Miami is expensive but paying $200+ to this isn't worth it Book yourself into something nicer/better

Excellent for a 1 night stay, (cruise) convenient and clean. Well furnished, sadly restaurant / bar onsite was preparing to close early - we arrived at about 9:pm 😢 area is a bit deserted but walkable was lucky to find a place to eat about 10 minutes walk

When we got there the first person that greeted us was a homeless guy that wanted to fight me with my 3 year old daughter next to me. It was dark and we had to park in a dark ally that was a mud hole. The room was not the cleanest. We expected a little better service for 860$ and we didn’t stay the last night because we did not feel safe.

So little parking. A dozen plus cars driving in circles around the whole neighborhood looking for any spot (most ended up illegally parking on sideways and grass/dirt areas blocks away. This is an all day thing, but even at midnight on a Tuesday we encountered the hour long search for parking. No internet the first night. No hot water at all in the shower the whole stay. No one answers (ever) if you call from your room for assistance. Only one chair in the room. Not enough pillows to use the bed to sit up to watch TV. Almost no countertop space in bathroom. TV was pretty good for a hotel in the price range (larger flat screen), but the remote and interface is horrible. The rooms are kind of a modern very minimalistic design. Looks ok, but not very functional. The shower door is missing (in all rooms) so water everywhere, no way to avoid it. Food/drink prices are crazy high with no place else to eat near by. The parking is by far the biggest issue. If it weren’t for that I’d consider staying again if the price was low. They also force maid service on you every 3 days (no sooner, no later), which isn’t great if you’re traveling with pets.

The building seems unfinished the ceiling wasn't done. Some of the outlets don't connect properly. The shower should have a sliding door cause it wets the floor easily. But overall nice TV and good bed to rest well for a short stay.
