The property was very good looking, the i ly reason I don’t rate it 5 stars is due to the cleanliness. After my kids walked 5 minutes in the room barefoot their little feet were BLACK from how filthy the floors were. Beds were not neatly made (not a big deal) & lastly to top it off we had a cockroach in the shower :(. Other than this everything else was fine.

Property was ok but not to my liking. No microwave, no mirror in the room only the bathroom, no shower door just a half of piece of glass so water splashed everywhere, mattresses cover had a coffee stain or something, ive stayed ar better. Expected more. The area was not great, just close to airport.

Could use a little dusting on our room but we don't mind. We went to Miami to have fun. Staff was very helpful & friendly, although we weren't able to do an early check in. We could hear the planes but oh well! Overall, 👍👍

Nice hotel, has shuffle to port of Miami, and hear the plane slightly but it’s not a mood killer when inside the room. Friendly staff & clean. Told the front desk about vomit on the outside sidewalk by the pool & it was gone in 5 minutes of telling them. Excellent will stay here for my next cruise out of Miami
