The rooms were modest, definitely served our purpose., however the carpet in the rooms we stayed in need to be replaced. The inside of the shower was great., but because of how the doors open you are unable to step out on the floor mat. Als the door strip needed to be re-glued. The rooms were also a little dark, even with all the lights on.

Nice common areas, rooms could use a little updating. Desk staff were kind and the connected bar had great food. My second time there as the location is ideal for MIA or Port Miami.

When we got there 3 o’clock check in time room was not ready so they sent us to another room and that one had blood on the sheets so we had to wait for someone to come and change the line. When housekeeping came it appeared. She had an attitude that she had to come and change it. Customer service wasn’t that great when talking with them they’re speaking to other work colleagues in their language so we couldn’t understand what they were saying which is very rude. They have two levels no elevators so if us having to change rooms, we had to do multiple flights of stairs because of the way the hotel is set up One of my roommates have knee issues so that was not fun. They had one restaurant in the hotel the food there was excellent. That was the best experience at this location.
