Staff was excellent from the driver who picked me to the individuals working the desk. Only issue is no elevator so if you have any mobility issues, you must request 1st floor. I was going on a cruise and had 3 bags and I'm grateful she gave me the last available room on the 1st floor. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel was great.

We stayed on night after getting off our cruise and before our flight the next afternoon. Only downside was we couldn't walk anywhere so stayed at the hotel the whole time. Which was fine. Had everything we needed for a 24hr stay. Restaurant, bar, pool, the room was HUGE, the shower HUGE (nice after being in a cruise stateroom) with Dove bath stuff nice plus! Staff was great. Allowed early check in. Shuttle to the airport. Needed nothing else!

Property was convenient to the airport and offered a free bus transfer service. However, the service is only once an hour and if you just missed your pickup, you had another 55 minutes to wait for the next bus. The property did not have a lift and did not advertise that fact. Had I known, I would have requested a ground floor room as we struggle to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Our room was rather small and was not sealed very well from traffic noise. Thicker or double glazing of the windows would be required for a good night's sleep. Also the bar & restaurant at the hotel was small, dark and noisy. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table for dinner and the service was slow.

To begin there was no elevator on the property. Our room was on the second floor and we had to carry two heavy suitcases up a large staircase. We were not giving good directions by the hotel staff as to how to find our room. Once in the room, it was extremely small. The carpeting in the hallways and the room was very dirty. The toilet was running all night and I found it very difficult to sleep.

The location is very close to MIA International Airport, but has very limited locations to eat within walking distance. There is a McDonalds next door and the Ramada is connected to Old Toms Sports Bar & Grill. But other then that you will need an Uber or car to improve on your eating options. The room we stayed in was clean and has been upgraded as far as the bathroom and overall room decor. Yet if you come with allot of luggage and get a second floor room, THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS SO YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR BAGS UP A STEEP FLIGHT OF STAIRS THAT ARE OUTSIDE. We choose this location because of the free airport shuttle and distance to the airport, so it met our needs,

The corridors are carpeted, making it difficult to roll luggage. I had to roll one piece at a time of my carry on and suitcase. It took a long time. No one offered to help. Everything else was good, for the price. On leaving another customer helped with luggage to the shuttle. The shuttle driver on checkin, was pleasant and helpful. Not the one on checkout. The common areas are well kept. Overall - Good

Rooms were very musty. As were the hallways to get to the rooms. No breakfast was included, and I would recommend walking next-door to McDonald’s rather than the breakfast in the hotel that you can buy. The hotel was very cute. The pool area was great. But the mustiness of the room really downgraded the experience.

When we arrived at the airport. I asked if there was a shuttle they were like yes. They were like every 15 mins on the hour. Stood and waited no shuttle. Sent a text and they said no one was available. We had to take a taxi. No elevator had to drag luggage upstairs. Phone in the room didn't work.

Shuttle was a huge plus and it is close to the airport which was very convenient. The room was small but nice. Bed was super comfy and the pool was great! Room was clean. Would stay again!
