I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Miami. The pictures online were very misleading — the property looks run down and in need of serious maintenance. The hallways and rooms felt outdated, the paint was chipped, and some of the furniture was worn out. I expected something much cleaner and more comfortable. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming, and I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it until the hotel makes major improvements.

One shuttle did drive past us but we managed to flag down the next one outside the terminal at MiA, they come every 30mins. First impression of hotel friendly, bright, nice clear layout and signage.
