Usually stay at the Sheraton or Sonesta next door but were fully booked. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable and well equipped rooms were and good facilities on site. Staff very friendly. Only problem was a charge on my credit card that was unexpected and without explanation.

I spent one night here between flights. On the positive side : the bed was comfy, slept well. Room was a nice size. On the negative side: the airport shuttle is too sporadic and unpredictable. I had to pay for a taxi to get to hotel, I used the shuttle to get to airport the following day. The front desk often doesn't pick up the phone. I asked for a wake up call, but they didn't call. Overall, I thought the reception had an attitude problem

I have never had such poor amenities in my room. Coffee and drink glasses were so cheap they either cracked or got sopping wet with coffee. Wierd placement of outlets and no usb charging points.

I like the location and look of the property but you have to pay for parking, i also had another charge on my card that i can't get any answers to why and the tub drainage was a problem

My husband and i chose Regency as it was near to the airport. It was convenient to have aurport shuttle and the hotel was clean and nice. We had a quick check in process and the staff was friendly.
