Property is under renovation, lobby is partially closed, some days lots of noise, but the staff is very friendly, they let us stay at the pool area after check out for a couple of hours. Breakfast is nice but pretty same every day, you may want to buy your own fruits and veggies. Pool area is beautiful, lots of restaurants around, overall was a good experience. I love that part of Miami!

Read the small print of extra amenities offered. Different staff members had opposing details of several things. Eating areas were under construction without any proper signage. You cannot see ocean at all for the majority of this property with exception of top floors as it is across the street. Parking available is not exactly true it is valet ONLY $$.

I get the feeling this property is going to be under remodeling for a while. Front desk was not proactive when our air conditioning went out on our floor. Despite a phone call to the front desk only by being at the desk was another room provided. We moved everything ourselves 3 floors lower. No credit on our balance was ever offered. I would not likely stay at this property again.
