This was a very poor experience. I paid for a suit that was advertised to have balcony access. I quickly learned, upon my arrival, that there would be no balcony access. The door were taped up, as they were utlizing an air unit, pulling in air from outside? Because the room’s thermostat was broken. I alerted Expedia, requesting a refund, as I paid for accommodations, i clearly did not recieve, but they declined. Additionally, I tried to contact hotel multiple times, ahead of my arrival, and the phone number on file, was never answered once. I would not stay here again, and very disappointed in Expedia’s lack of willingness to help resolve this.

We couldn't check in when we arrived and staff was not friendly. When we checked in later, there was no one to help with luggage, including on departure. They did not answer their phone, including for accessible people. There was no heat and had to ask for blankets twice. Floors, furniture and bed had scratches and fabric missing, carbon monoxide detector hanging from ceiling.

We travel a lot! This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed in their penthouse suite. I have never stayed in a louder more broken down dirty hotel room In my life. Floor tiles lifted to trip on, floors painted on that lift on your feet when you walk on them. The overwhelming loud sound of the elevator rattling the walls every time a floor is called to lift you no matter the hour.

The staff were friendly, but wasn’t impressed with the room. To be fair, we didn’t pay much for the room so low expectations. Regardless, I would not come back here. It was loud, you can hear everything going on in the other rooms and someone was blasting heavy metal music. The hot water in the shower barely worked and there was basically no water pressure. The bathroom was clean but it’s outdated. We were only here for one night. It also happened to be on the day it was cold here and the heat wouldn’t go up past 64 so it was freezing

To begin, the staff at the front desk is absolutely deplorable. We were in a building separate from the building where the lobby is and they continued to give us keys that did not work on our room door. After the third attempt, I tried calling the desk and as like every other time before with calling the front desk, no one answers. Then walking back to the front desk for the fourth time to get replacement room keycards, Nelson was absolutely rude and unhelpful. In addition upon our check-in, we found that the hot water faucet handle on our bathroom sink was nonfunctional. We told them at the front desk and told housekeeping every single day that we had no hot water from the bathroom sink. Yet, as with everything else, they were non-responsive and we never had hot water from the bathroom sink. Bottom line, I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Woman at front desk was not friendly, barely spoke during check in. Beside table was very wobbly. Shower dripped, towels were threadbare, and the glass wall isn’t long enough so water got all over floor. Could hear the people walking above upstairs so definitely not soundproof. No basic cable, have to login to some streaming service to watch anything. Bed was comfy.
