The overall experience is terrible there is no other way to explain it. There was only one working elevator and the smells from each ride were bad. It seemed like it was never cleaned and i even got stuck on my second night. You can tell there is no routine maintenance. When I arrived on my floor the smell of the hallway was even worse than the lobby. There were huge unknown stains on the entire walkway carpet and i would have to hold my brrath until I arrived to my room. Once inside I realized there were no towels or anything actually in the bathroom and they said they would update me in 2 hours. I received towels midnight of the second night. Horrible customer service. Everything in the room was run down and they do not properly clean for i found a pack of viagra and dirty socks under the mattress sheet. If it wasn’t for the fact that my home was having electrical work done and i was prevented from being in the building, i would have left the very first night. Regardless i had a early check out because i could no longer bear the smells. I would shower and feel disgusting afterwards. There is potential in the building but they are allowing it to be run down and it at this point it’s abusive to the guests that may have no other option but to book.

Horrible stay!!!!
I want to express the frustration of my stay at the north Miami Gardens inn last night. First I called to try to get an early check in due to traveling and being pregnant and they told me to call back around 11 and I tried but got no answer to the phone for 6 different times. Then on top of that I was extremely disappointed not only in the hotel it self but I feel like it was advertised poorly because when I got there it was not a place I would have stayed. The pictures on advertised were no where near how it looked. The room looked like trash and on top of that the elevator seemed to be on its last leg. None of the outlets worked and I would not have paid what I paid for such a poor hotel I couldn’t even sleep nor could my husband we are very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. The ac did not work well and there was so many issues with the room such as a broken toilet paper holder no water pressure and only one lamp for lighting in the room. I was even afraid to sleep under the blankets because it did not feel like anything was clean. I also feel like I was overcharged due to the fact it was not worth what I paid for it. I am disappointed in the fact hotels.com even allows a place that poorly kept to stay on their site. That stay was maybe worth the $20 that I paid at the hotel not almost $100.

I have no idea how this is even still open. I mean toenail clippings and food remnants in the room that I not only paid for but added an additional $30 for the early check in fee. Everything was old and dirty and there was no manager on site and they don’t want to give me my money back even though I didn’t stay in their dingy room.

This place is amazing!! We stay for a days in family, with our two kids and was a great experience, the staffs was very kind, the parking facilities was amazing and fast, everything absolutely clean. The tree restaurants was a incredible options of food. They are very friendly and give as a dream and memorable experience! Thanks ♥️

Great Service but Horrible
Hotel had a very good customer service, I didn’t have issues at checkin or check out. Parking was provided with no additional costs which was good. However, the hotel was not very clean. Besides the halls and lobby being run down. The elevator actually stopped working during our stay. Thankful we stayed in the second floor. The room was also very run down, cockroaches running around, a toilet that struggled to flush. And very dirty sheets. Overall, it was the dirtiness that will steer me away next time. But for the price. It’s cheap, and you can tell. But I highly recommend investing in a better place, for comfort and sanitary issues.

You get what you pay for...
It's an Ok hotel but they really need to fix and clean the place up. Trash and dirty carpeting is evident on every floor. Ice machines were broken except for one on the 7th floor. The rates are very low... so the saying goes, "You get what you pay for".

This place should be demolished , you cannot even refurbish, noisy elevator all night long , disgusting smell in the room, stained carpet , the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life . Amazing what you can do with photo shop. It is a disgrace Expedia will have it in their portfolio.

The place smell the drawers seem like some furniture they picked up from the garbage after we tried to open them they couldn't close back, carpet dirty smell, no refrigerator, they didn't even have a microwave downstairs where we could have warm up our left over we have to put them to the garbage ,there was no body coming clean the room. Then the elevator broke down people had to take the stairs. This is the worst experience I ever have since I' have been staying in hotel.

First looks from the place looks run down, with poor upkeep. Person who was at the front desk was extremely rude, and does not respect anyone. What is also unsettling is the fact that when he takes your card he bends down underneath the counter and you have no idea what he is doing with your credit card, he could in fact be making copies or God knows what. Another odd thing was he said that you can “zelle” your deposit, I had already read reviews with them not giving back deposits so I wasn’t taking any chances. If you are a smoker maybe this is the place for you, if you aren’t a smoker then the minute you walk in the lobby it reeks of cigarette smoke as if a group of people were chain smoking in there. Didn’t even make it up to the room, everything about this place screams red flag, so when the card reader machine was acting up I took that as my sign and immediately left.
