Hotel was rundown and dirty. We stayed one night. The pictures of booking are nowhere close to how bad it really was.

I checked into this hotel hoping for a quiet night after a long day of travel, but what happened was a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the organization and management of this place were absolutely terrible. The room was old, the furniture was worn out, and the air was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell. But the worst was yet to come. At exactly midnight, I was startled awake by loud knocking on the door and the sound of someone trying to open it! It turned out that the front desk staff had mistakenly given my room number to someone else, causing a terrifying situation. I had no choice but to call the police as this person kept trying to enter, while the hotel staff responded with shocking indifference, as if this were a normal occurrence! When I spoke to management in the morning, I expected at least an apology and some compensation for this horrible experience. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and refused to refund any of the money I had paid, claiming that “mistakes happen”! This hotel is not only a disaster in terms of service and security, but it also shows no respect for its guests and refuses to take responsibility for its own errors. I strongly advise against staying here—unless you’re looking for an experience filled with stress, negligence, and complete disregard for customers.

We checked in a dcjust left. Kt was just that bad. The people at desk have a smart mouth. They didn't have any clean rags, bulb was missing from light. Telephone was missing part not working. Floor was dirty. Its was unbelievable. Ask front desk for customer service number. They told me to email but it would't help. This is the WORST MOTEL EVER. DO NOT GO THERE

Dirty, noise! Very much in need of repair! Elevator sounds like it will fail soon, homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Not walking distance to anything. Worse hotel I've ever been in.

Do not stay here.

First, a lot of trash in the parking lot. The site just looks shabby walking up to the front door. Front desk is behind bullet-proff glass with 3 slits to talk through. We stayed here because all other places in Miami were sold out the Saturday of the Miami Boat Show, the price we paid was just at the level of fraud. We just got one towel in the bedroom even tho we booked a room for 3 people with 2 queen beds. Walls in bathroom was dirty. The elevator was making a loud sound all night long. No comforters on the beds, just a single sheet. The elevator stalled on us once.

It is very old hotel. Pillow life is outdated long time ago. I fill like several ball inside Pillow. One towel only. Carpets outdated inside the room. A lots of free parking outside. During week was reasonable price 68 can. On Friday they changed 4 times more $248 Can per night.

What a night

This hotel needs renovations!! Needs to up their security (outside). There are people hanging around outside. The card keys don't work, the iron don't work, outlets in the room, except the bathroom, aren't working, TV service sucks (bunny rabbit ears in 2025?), inadequate parking (not secure enough), the carpet needs to be shampooed (the sole of your feet gets dirty when you walk on it after taking a shower), water runs very slow at the sink, room has an odor (can be caused by not shampooing the carpet), no small fridge and microwave. Yes, this hotel needs a lot of work done. I must say that the workers there are polite and friendly.
