Honestly the most disgusting and terrible place I ever been the rooms smell like mold, the floors and the walls are cracked there’s water damage in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling painted over ac sucks. No fridge no microwave, no breakfast, no bathtubs, no slippers, they don’t even have a mop they use a broom and a bathroom towel to clean the floor and they only have one for the whole building. The key card never works you always have to get it reactivated. It’s extremely annoying and my last straw was the last day there some man from the cleaning crew opened my door even tho I have the do not disturb sign up on the handle and he didn’t even knock luckily I had the second chain lock on and then the power goes out and in the middle of the night 4am the fire alarms went off no compensation no apologies they just brushed it off. Honestly not a hotel this is more like motel falls advertising and they should not charge more than $250-$300 a week never again !!

It was the worst hotels I’ve been to in my life the whole place smells like mildew, I had go outside to breathe properly! There were bugs, mildew areas everywhere dirty carpet, people living in the hotel and staff act like they don’t know what’s going on around them. Everything is old and ran down. The pool was filthy. I wouldn’t let my dog swim in that pool. Never again!!!!

The service was awful the front desk was rude.The Hotel charges hidden fees.The floor in the room has stains all over it and feels moist and disgusting at all times.The floor also has holes under the carpet.The toilet barely works,Wi fi cuts out TV barely works it’s like a tv that is broken from 1990.There are hardly any working outlets.The walls are gross the fridge is basically a freezer impossible to get enough toilet paper the maid won’t leave u alone the garbage for your car is disgusting

For the price of a sad drive-thru meal, you too can experience a room where the WiFi is slower than dial-up in 1997 and the surfaces are so sticky you’ll wonder if glue is part of the cleaning protocol. Spoiler: there is no cleaning protocol. The room smelled like a skunk had hotboxed it and then died under the bed. I checked the WiFi speed out of morbid curiosity—11 down / 113 up, which I can only assume is measured in tears per minute. I couldn’t load a single webpage. Honestly, I’ve had better signal inside a cave during a thunderstorm. The place has a certain… vibe. You know the kind. The kind of motel where hookers go to die and raccoons take over housekeeping. I didn’t dare touch the remote. It looked like it had been through things—unspeakable things. In short: if you enjoy sticky despair, slow death by buffering, and the faint aroma of illegal wildlife activity, this is your dream stay. Otherwise, spend the extra $20 and spare your soul.

The only positive about this place was that it was clean and the pool area was pretty. There were hotel fees, parking fees (in their garage, and you don't even get free parking when you stay there), and early check in fees. The room was literally freezing and the air conditioning system was so old it didn't even work (I had to open the door, in Miami to warm it up) I originally came in around 12 and was hoping they would let us check in, they said to come around 2 and we could and the lady said she would waive the parking fee (I believe she was a manger, standing next to the girl checking me in--she was in a black shirt and everyone else was wearing blue). When I came back around 2, they wouldn't waive the fee like they said they would. They wouldn't even let me park in the garage long enough to go to the desk to check in (gated area). The room itself was literally as bare as you can get, older furniture. No fridge in the room, the rug inside the door was soaked, I guess because of the air conditioning unit above it and would drip on you if you just happen to be going under it.

Check in process took forever anout 30 minutes per person and wouldnt even start until exactly 3pm when there were a lot of people in line waiting with only two people working and only one actually doing anything. Less than two towels, washcloths. And no floor mat. They left my door open when cleaned it and still did not leave enough towels or washcloths. No ice machine nearby. The parking garage smells like 3 day old urine at the doors to enter the floors on ALL levels. Staff was not friendly, they took their time on everything, and did not seem to care about anyone or anything. They also knew nothing about what was in the area surrounding their own place of employment. I will never stay at this location again.

This property is in dire need of rehab. I’ve been coming to this hotel twice a year for at least four years, due to its location. They’ve done absolutely nothing to the rooms since I started, and even though they say no smoking everywhere, every single room has Cigarette scars on all the furniture.

Good, budget hotel.

This was a repeat stay for me. I liked what I got for the price. This time the counter staff was not as friendly as I remembered, but that was not enough to stain the overall experience.
