Disappointed who booked the shuttle to the cruise ship not all of us were able to get all my husband was left behind. My girlfriend’s husband was left mine as well. The same sink box in the room did not work and it didn’t make sense to have a safety box in the room and not be connected. Internet did not work even after they gave the code.

Our stay at this Comfort Inn was unfortunately disappointing. The noise on the water‑side rooms was extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to rest or get a good night’s sleep. The shower faucet was rusty and not functioning properly, which added to the frustration. Breakfast didn’t help either — the food was bland, limited, and overall not impressive. What kept this from being a one‑star experience was the staff, who were genuinely sweet, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team went out of their way to help us, including arranging a late checkout at 11:30 (even though our keys were mistakenly deactivated at 11) and assisting with printing documents. Their professionalism and kindness stood out despite the hotel’s issues. Overall, while the staff were wonderful, the noise, maintenance problems, and poor breakfast quality made the stay far from comfortable.

Absolute dump. Super shady. Rude and unprofessional staff who lie to your face about their data protection policies. Parking is super shady. Only stayed here since I was coming into Miami from elsewhere in South Florida for a conference and basically just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Normally only stay at Hilton or Marriott hotels and was just shocked at what a dump Choice is and what they were charging - horrible value for money. Never ever again!

The staff was great, but our room must have had a faulty thermostat. It was 63 degrees in the room. We tried to get a different room, but they must have been full because all we were offered was a blanket. It was extremely uncomfortable, because my husband has a health condition and he was shaking all night.

When out friends arrived they were told there was no room bailable due to broken water pipe. Were not offered help in trying to find alternative hotel the staff wasn’t interested her customer service was lacking. They had to incur over another 4-400$ us tin uber and a new place to stay. Breakfast and location was great. Do not book the shuttle to the port. The shuttle is used for all cruise ships and it is overbooked. It took us more than 2.5 hours to get from the hotel to terminal. We finally had to demand to get off the bus so that we would not miss our cruise.

The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.
