Reasonably good hotel, but the breakfast is terrible. They don't provide food options. Three days offering boiled egg! My God! From six days of lodging what changed was the form of egg service (fried or cooked) and the fruits (banana, orange and apple). About the cleaning, we were extremely disappointed. I had to leave a note on the mirror asking to wash. They only change towels and leave soap. Not even the beds organize, out of six days they only arranged one day. DISAPPOINTING.

Staff was helpful from start to finish. Some were friendly, but all were willing to help. Smooth check in process. Staff was more than willing to hold our bags while we waited for a room to become available, allowing us to explore. Room is clean and spacious.

The service in front desk was good from some of the employees. The service at breakfast terrible. No options for gluten intolerance or any tries from staff to help out. Small ants (?) in bathroom, not clean floors. Overall experience was not very good.

Good location. Close to restaurants etc..close to Port of Miami. The shuttle to the port at $12 per person is way too expensive as the port is 5 mins away. Cheaper to get an uber or a taxi

They charged my card $150 and stated I smoked in the room. My husband went outside and smoked and threw something in the trashcan and they changed us for it. There was no evidence of someone smoking in the room.
