The place was dirty the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was nice also there was tons of lent hanging from the grills . It’s not worth the price you could stay anywhere else for that price

Great location however hotel is very old. Rooms are very small. Don’t recommend 3 people in 2 beds. They were double size NOT 2 queens as normal for hotels. Resort fees were added on top of Expedia cost and were very expensive. Parking was extremely expensive- use the garage across the street instead.

The lobby fragrance and loud music was over powering. The floor hallways as well. I think the air system pumps in a fragrance to cover up another smell. Pool water was freezing. So no one used the pool to swim. The breakfast was way over priced and they messed up our $66.00 orders Service was good as was the coffee. Excellent location on the beach and short walk to Espanola Way. Stayed here in 2021 and same experience. Time to look for a new hotel

All the staff we came in contact with were very helpful - as one of them put it - "let us know if you have a problem, as we will come up with a solution". The front desk was so accomodating with getting a room ready to put our belongings in while we waited for our other rooms - this enabled us eat lunch, enjoy the beach etc.
