AMAZING !!!! If I could leave ten stars I would. Great location, clean resort and AMAZING staff! The room was very spacious and had a nice view. The beach is right behind the resort and everything is walking distance. You can even rent out the bikes at no charge amazing time ! We will definitely be back and thanks to Michelle and Raymond as well for being so helpful:)

The staffs were very friendly, I loved the pool and I like the fact that housekeeping came daily. We stayed on the 17th floor so we had a nice view but there’s a stench on that floor (I think it’s the carpet). Also, the rooms could use updated furnitures. But overall it wasn’t terrible, I would visit again.

My first time in Miami. Loved this property. So unique and quaint. Friendly staff and prompt service when needed. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Activities were very easily walkable from proximity of this location Only complaint was having to ask for fresh wash cloths when adequate linen was provided for everything else. I would definitely recommend the Royal Palm and I see myself staying here again.

Good location. Clean and felt safe. Cute while affordable. Only thing I was disappointed was the included in room amenities were lacking. Only 2 coffee pods and only 2 creamers/sugars for 2 ppl for 2 days?? The body wash was empty by our 2nd night. I had to ask for washcloths as there was only one when we first arrived.
