To start with, there is no front desk. The staff was sitting on a small couch when we entered and stood immediately to warmly welcome us. Everything was just perfect from the staff to the hotel, to the location - less than a block from the beach, with complimentary lounge and umbrella at the beach - to the roof deck pool and party area. The small balcony over looking ocean ave was very nice. The street noise was cut off as soon as the patio door was closed. Overall, an excellent hotel.

All staff were very kind and professional. Roof-top pool was very clean and refreshing. Beach was less than 5 min away with comp beach chairs and umbrella. Food was great and fairly priced. Again all staff were amazing. Thank you, we can’t wait to get back to Local House. Dave & Maria from Toronto.

We loved everything about this hotel and plan to come again!! The roof top pool and lounge area is amazing. The restaurant is delicious and provides great service. The concierge checking us in had the best vibes :) room was clean and bed was so comfy! The cleaning staff was excellent and friendly. Everything smelled so good! Couldn’t ask for more!!

There was different points 1- when I made the booking through hotel.com I booked only to spend the night and I didn’t choose the resort fee when iti changed in the hotel they changed me $39 for resort fee I told the response I arrived at 6pm even this time the beach resort is closed and I checked out at 9.30am so I didn’t use any of this service. 2- parking very expensive cost me $80 for these hours which I stayed 3- the air conditioner in my room when start and stop making noise all night I couldn’t sleep well Other thanks it’s good

Great hotel in an excellent south beach location
Can't recommend the hotel enough. It is perfectly located - on south beach but just off the hustle and bustle. Easy access to the beach with a dedicated section with loungers for hotel guests. Staff members were amazing and rooms were large and extremely comfortable. Valet parking is a breeze and there are additional lots nearby. Street parking is usually available nearby, but not cheaper than just valeting the car. Would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone planning on staying in south beach.
