When I got to the hotel To check in they wouldn’t let me check in without my husband, we had a horrendous day of travel and we ended up on 2 different flights. I flew in at 9:30pm and my husband wasn’t supposed to land until after midnight…. So I had to wait until He got there before they would give us the keys to our room, even though the credit card I paid to reserve the room was in my name. The next morning we went to go into the shower and we had no hot water, we tried calling the front desk numerous times and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

I really liked the hotel, rooms are nice and spacious. But the housekeeping was terrible, ive never experienced anything like that. Kleenex finished, they weren’t replaced, also the hand towels.. i ordered some food delivery and the next day the bag with everything inside was still there.. i was looking for my kindle everywhere, i found it in the same place i left it under the pillow the night before, the bed was not even made, the sheet were just put there, the pillows where all crushed from the night before.. the sink in the bathroom had still my husbands hair and toothpaste.. it was horrible Hoping this gets better cause the hotel is very nice and accessible

The rooms itself were great, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was nice and spacious. The staff weren’t great at communicating parking and how to pay, one staff member at the bar wasn’t as welcoming and did not elaborate how breakfast meals worked. The hotel rooms are nice quality but small. The shower had damaged hardware in it. The beds were decent but not super comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean.
