Close the the Miami Airport with regular shuttle. Check in staff helped a lot providing access to Lounge before check in time while organising room to be available early. Great hotel. Second stay.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Miami and was disappointed by several issues that fell below expectations for such a reputable brand: 1. **Missing TV Remote** – I couldn’t use the TV due to a missing remote. 2. **No Refrigerator** – There was no refrigerator, making it hard to store food or drinks. 3. **Broken Window** – A broken window caused a draft, making the room uncomfortable. 4. **Unpleasant Odor** – There was a persistent, off-putting smell in the room. 5. **Dirty Shower** – The shower had not been properly cleaned. 6. **Elevator Issues** – The elevator was out of service, and I was stuck in it twice. 7. **Wi-Fi Problems** – The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay. 8. **Air Conditioning Leak** – The AC leaked water onto my belongings. I raised these issues with the hotel staff, and while the manager, Sabrine, acknowledged my concerns, no effective action was taken to resolve them. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a Sheraton property. I hope these matters are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

The property needs a complete remodel to operate under the Sheraton name. The curtains in our room were very ragged We stayed here several years ago and it was a much nicer place. There are no food options in the area other than the restaurant on site. Employees are very nice though.
