It was a short stay but very nice, convenient restaurant hours until midnight, food is delicious as well as the drinks, the only negative was poor lighting in the room, only one lamp, and was well equipped for disabled person.

Shuttle service from airport was awful. The shuttle was like a small bus with no luggage racks or place to put luggage. I think there was a back door option that driver could open to place luggage in but he never got up from his drivers seat. So only place for luggage was in walkway on bus. Every time someone got on we had to figure away to move it somewhere.

The 24 hour airport shuttle that runs every 15 min was amazing! Very convenient for a quick overnight stay if you are flying out the next day. Clean and very close to the airport.

They could not find expedia reservation, then found it, but at checkout charged me twice (expedia and hotel). I have now spent 3 hours on the phone and cannot resolve it. the property is not very renovated, rooms are smelly and overall it was a bad experience staying there and subsequently dealing with the overcharging issue. With the overcharge this would be 2 stars.

Do not recommend. Stolen cash.
Was below par for a Sheraton Hotel. On my second night I went out and when I came back to my room I had missing cash. I reported it to the front desk and the next morning a manager investigated. The manager said I was the only one who accessed the room according to their key card records. They said I was at fault for the missing cash and said there was nothing they could do. They also said a key card under my name was used to access my room during the time I was out. Which made no sense. I have an app on my phone (Life360) which tracks my movement and location all day. I had proof I was across town when someone accessed my room and stole my cash. The manager didn’t care I had proof and dismissed me when I tried showing them. This hotel is not secure and it seems like hotel staff make a duplicate key for your room in your name and access your room when you’re not there. Management doesn’t care to investigate further.

Arrived at the hotel ar 2:30am. It took 60 minutes to check in. No apologies or explanation. Staff seemed totally indifferent. Never stay here!

This hotel is simply so easy and convenient. Super close to the Miami International airport. Especially if you are connecting within a couple of days or less to another destination. The best part about this hotel is the fact that they have a shuttle 24/7 every 15 minutes to take you to the airport.

The booking didnt show up at the hotel , spent an hour trying to confirm it with Hotels.com agent and the hotel. they were not helpful at the front desk. I could find the reservation on the bonvoy app but they couldnt see it at the front desk . Hotels.com called them many times and they would just put them on hold. Terrible experience after a long day of travel

I had a troublesome trip from London to Miami, with delayed flights and lost luggage. The hotel personnel was very helpful about my late checkin. The proximity of the hotel to the airport definitely helped with the delivery of the lost luggage before I had to check out from the hotel.

Everything is great except the warm water in the shower. It took a while for the shower to get warm water. I ended up finishing the shower before I could use the warm water. I guess it was because it was so early in the morning. I will visit here again with 100%~
