Dive hotel on the beach
This is a run down place and needs serious upgrades. Some staff was nice and others not so much helpful. The breakfast was pretty weird and not good at all. Nice location but needs about 50 years of upgrades. If you’re looking for a nice place pay more. This ain’t it.

Best thing about the hotel is it is right on the beach with beach access and the beach is very clean. Had complimentary beach towels. They also had complimentary beach chairs on the beach. Restaurant is only open from 5 pm to midnight or 2 am, but bar that serves drinks only is open by early mid morning. There is a Pizza Hut, Subway, Dominos, some restaurants, and Walgreens all within walking distance. No parking at this hotel and I do not think a parking garage is close. I took public transportation and Uber to go far distances from the hotel like the Bayside marketplace. I just used Google Maps and it showed the bus routes and the bus was $2.25 per trip. Hotel is older and the rooms are basic, but the beach access makes up for it. If you just sleep in the room like I did and spend most of your time on the beach or around Miami then the hotel is worth it for the beach access alone. If you plan on doing more in the hotel and you do not want a basic room than you may want a nicer hotel.

Had a terrible experience! Checked in, got to our room, no a/c, no tv working, and a horrible smell. Moved us to another floor, another room. The room was much smaller, a/c was not good as well. The noise from other rooms was incredibly loud (at no fault to the hotel) but we had 2 hiurs sleep, maybe. We will not stay at this hotel again when viaiting Miami!

I absolutely would not recommend staying here. We moved rooms three times our first night due to our first room being dirty and uncleaned, and the second room had a broken door and lock. We were upgraded rooms for free, but our third and final room had a connecting door to another hotel room and thin walls which ended up being a major issue. We had neighbors who shared the door who made noise complaints on my friend and I, even when we were whispering due to the door and paper thin walls. Also, we could hear our neighbors yelling, fighting and snoring. Our room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping until our last day of five days, and had to call ourselves for toilet paper and towels. Additionally, the key cards had to be switched twice due to them not working after a day or so. The breakfast is absolutely awful. Although it says continental breakfast there is no fruit, waffles, or other traditional hotel breakfast items, unless you paid extra on top of the $150 “hotel” (food) fee. Absolutely ridiculous experience and I am beyond disappointed.

This Place had bugs on the bed no not bed bugs some different type of bugs,the toilet doesn’t work the shower was also clogged,it also had poor customer service and bad WiFi no tv works fridge works somewhat it was just unpleasant I want a refund if I can get one this was so upsetting :(

The entire property is falling apart because of how old it is, the carpets, the doors, of the 4 elevators, only 1 works. The room and elevator cards are deprogrammed all the time, the floor inside the pool is so broken that you have to be careful when walking or playing as you can cut your feet. Everywhere you see cigarette butts. The pool and/or beach towels are old. The door to my room had to be pushed upwards to close it.
