This is my 2nd stay here and I just love this place it’s got an old vibe but with new updates you can definitely tell it’s one of the original hotels which I love the only problem I had was with the young night staff he were really rude about to my daughter when her money was taken at the vending machine other than that I love this place it’s a wonderful part of Miami close to shops and everything

The customer service from Kate was superb she made me feel welcomed and ensured that my stay was good. She constantly engaged all clients throughout the space, her approach to customer service was highly noted and appreciated. The space was very quiet, clean and calm. The bed and pillows were awesome. The view from the room was majestic this alone made everything else seem minute. The bathroom sink drain had a little difficulty but was fixed once reported. The restaurant however was not open and the only meals available was the light breakfast. We had to source our food outside of the hotel and bring back if we wanted to eat at the space. It would be good if this is the circumstances to at least have a microwave in the room so that we could warm up our food at our own convenience as opposed to going all the way down to the common room. Especially for the price being paid per room we should be comfortable in our movements. Entering in and out of the main entry to the hotel proved difficult with luggage as the door has to be held open in order to go through it. It would be good to have a door man to greet each client and open the door for them as they enter and exit or invest in electric doors. The phone was not plugged upon check in and the tv remote did not work with the tv. But I absolutely loved the room. It is a gem

Not sure how convenient parking is if you drive yourself -- we utilized Uber frequently and it was easy to get in and out, but parking seemed like a nightmare if you were on your own. The property seems a little dated, but not out of place for the surrounding area. Some amenities show their age, but the property is still nice. Main lobby is spacious, but the front desk was crowded and cramped into a corner. Led to wait times and hectic scenes. Our room itself was nice, but again, the hallways and entrances were dated and could use some love. Views from the balcony were nice. Beds were comfortable.

This actually exceeded our expectations! Reading the reviews almost made us not book but am glad I did. It’s dated yes but you get all you need and very convenient on Collins Ave. lots of shops and restaurants and activities. The beach access is amazing

Malísimo, las camas demasiadas pequeñas, las puertas de las habitaciones maltratadas, el baño de mi habitación estaba sucio, el toilet de la habitación se tapó, la piscina no estaba climatizada, las fotos que muestran en el web site no hacen justicia a las instalaciones del hotel y el security nos dio muy mala actitud cuando le preguntamos por el parque. No me gustó hospedarme aquí. Nos dieron mejor atención cuando fuimos a preguntar en el Montecarlo.
