This hotel is OK. It's rather clean, the staff is mostly friendly, the location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The main floor has chess, table tennis and billiard. The bartenders are great. The ocean view room was pretty good, unfortunately it had no balcony. Now the main problem. The pool was closed for renovation. Needless to say that a pool is a vital part of any hotel, and the fact that it was closed substantially affected my stay in a negative way. So although the overall hotel impression was OK, I would never stay there again.
The pool being renovated, rather ugly.

Im quite disappointed, the pool is under renovation which it doesn’t mentioned in their website, housekeeping says every day but i have to request it twice.. other than that its all good. Staff are nice specially Andres @the lobby bar.

If I could rate a negative score I would. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! The photos on the Expedia website are deceiving, especially some of the rooms and definitely the pool. The photo of the room on the website is an "extra" charge, the deluxe room. The pool was not open (9/4-9/8) and has obviously been in disrepair for months. After being moved to 5 different rooms, finally got the partial ocean view requested which was ok. The hallways are NEVER vacuumed and the tile floors never mopped, even upon request. Had to ask for towels every day. Property is very much in need of many upgrades. Staff at front desk not super helpful except for one Hispanic young lady. Asked for the manager several times but was never allowed to speak to her.

I didn’t like that the pool is closed and the main picture of the hotel highlights the pool, rooms smelled like cat pee, we looked at 5 rooms, all were smelly. The lobby was dirty, no parking. 0 stars

Not as advertised.

There was no mention that the pool was out of service and literally closed off because it is falling apart. Which is one of the MAJOR reasons I booked this hotel. #2 the bath tub had what seemed to be paint peeling off the bottom of the tub was NOT AT ALL as pictured in any of the photos. It was a small shallow tub with two wide side panels that you had to take a step over to get to the tub. I wanted to take a nice bubble bath and relax. That could not have happened with the way tub is. AND there was pervious guest hair in the tub. 3. I had a do not disturb sign on my door as well as the top lock latch on the door. She (the room service maid) proceeded to knock several times as I said no thank you no service needed. She then proceeded to use a key card to enter and attempted to open the door. I was layin in bed naked and jumped back up to yell no thank you.

The breakfast was NOT good, and the selections of food were so limited. It reminded me more so of an inn rather than a resort. The premise has absolutely no parking, so we were stuck having to park in public areas, which became pretty expensive. There was an ant infestation, which went into our belongings. The elevators have a musty smell. The pool was unavailable, which really put a hamper in our vacation. The view was nice; however, the room tops need to be cleaned. The shower water had weak pressure. The good thing about this hotel is that it is in a very convenient area close to many restaurants and shopping stores such as Walgreens and Publix.

We stayed in this hotel for five days at the beginning of August with our two-year-old baby and we had booked the most expensive room, when we went up to our room, the air conditioner was not working and we had to stay in that heat in the middle of summer for five days, the smart woman at the reception offered us another room, when we looked at that room, the room did not have a balcony and almost did not see the sea at all, and we did not accept this because we had booked a month in advance and we had paid for a room with a balcony that completely saw the sea. and they didn't want to pay any refund or room price difference, so I found two portable cooling fans in the hallway and took them to my room with their own means, but it was still very very hot and our baby was not sleeping, so we chose a terrible hotel in favor of the hotel, long story short, I see this hotel as a scammer now and there was no cleaning in any way, the hotel's breakfast was terribly bad and we had a bad holiday with everything, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
