We were reluctant to stay because the reviews were either wonderful or horrible! I must say our stay waa exceptional. There was an issue with the AC but nothing that the ocean breeze could'nt cool! Room was incredibly clean, cool, and absolutely amazing views! The hotel is older, but you can see where they are trying to make improvements. Overall, it was absolutely amazing! Thank you! We will definitely be thinking about staying there again in the future.

Honestly people now a days are use to everything being brand new. This hotel may be outdated but for the prices and the ocean view i mean i had to complaints.

When I eneterd my room it wasn't cleared at all. I went down woth my family and the manager did not apologized for sending us to an unclean room. I am not going to suggest anyone going there. Front office team is really sluggish. Do not want to help at never going to listnen yo yiur request. I asked them with special instruction to surprise my husband for his b'day and decorate the room. They said ni on my face. Some audacity to do that to your customer. I stayed for a week and I am not at all happy with service. Do not go this place ever with family or even alone. I will not even give then 1 star.they suck service is terrible.

muy tranquilo, familiar y para ir en familia, el area de la playa es fantastica y los muchachos encargados de las sombrillas son muy amables,la piscina no me gusto mucho (eso me lo reservo), pero el hotel debería poner a alguien que esté vigilando, la habitacion muy comoda, fueron todos los días a limpiarla y a poner toallas limpias estube 5 dias y de lo unico que me puedo quejar es del desayuno que no es muy variable solo tienen pan, bagel, cream cheese, queso y tienes que estar pendiente si ponían tuna para poder comer porque ponen muy poca y muy pocas frutas, si quieres huevo tienes que pagar y no tienen pancake, busque un hotel que tenga desayuno incluido porque andaba con mi hija y quería estar tranquila en cuestión de el desayuno, eso es lo único que no me gusto pero en todo lo otro es muy bueno

When I saw this hotel online I was so excited and I was so eager and ready to get my birthday weekend started , upon check in the hotel front desk were rude I thought I was getting a room with a balcony and to my surprise they said no that I while have to pay $800 more after I already paid to get a room with a balcony I was so upset upon entering our room everything was breaking down and cracked dirty. Housekeeping did not clean our room in the three nights that we stayed our room didn’t even lock we discovered this on the last night our valuables could have been stolen the hotel was a nightmare the pool tiles were falling apart . The only great thing was the beach access other than that I would say do not waste your money find something else.

While the hotel was aged, its smell was fabulous. The WiFi was ten out of ten. The pool is ideally located, and almost all of the staff was exceptional except for two staff members: the person who checked us into the hotel and the breakfast police (it also recommended that the breakfast need a wider variety on its menu )and more training with these two particular staff members when they are interacting with customers. I give this hotel 7 out of 10.

Location, beach, staff, breakfast, price are excellent. Issues: rooms need to be renovated. I prefer to pay more and have rooms with new carpets, renovated bathroom, clean painted walls and new furniture.
