Property is average, could use an upgrade. The shower pressure is fairly low and the breakfast options are so lackluster. There is no parking for this hotel. Staff was okay, nothing to brag about. I would stay again

We booked a balcony room for our anniversary. The check-in process was slow and when we got to the room we saw we didn't have a balcony. We returned to the front desk, waited over 30 mins to be told there were no balcony room. The AC in the room didn't work well and the ceiling fan didn't work at all. The room door didn't lock and the bathroom has a strange smell to it. When we complained we were told the manager would be in the next morning at 9 AM, however when we went to speak to the manager the next day we were told she was on vacation until Tuesday. Additionally, we were told all the balcony rooms had been blocked for days due to their AC not working, however we booked this room the day before. It seems like a bait and switch - where they allow to book a balcony room and then give you whatever they like. The hotel is dated and its furniture are dated and staff wasn't helpful.

When we arrived there was no one on staff to help with the luggage. There is a stair/step to enter the hotel so it’s not the easiest to maneuver. We were early and they let us store our luggage; however many others did the same so we had to move several suitcases to get to ours and then put them back ourselves. After a long international flight, that was the last thing we wanted to do. The breakfast was quite subpar. in the positive side, the view was incredible! The combination of the pool and ocean access was by far the best. Some people commented that the hotel is older so I was not sure what to expect, but overall it was nice and had several seating areas and game areas.

Arrived to check in about 2 hours after check in time . The line was long and there was only one person servicing. After checking in I asked where I could park since I didn’t see a parking lot on property and the agent told me they didn’t have parking and that if I didn’t believe him I could look up their website. I had chose this hotel online because it said parking was $12 a night at the time of reservation but it must have been updated because when I revisited their listing it said no parking . It would have been nice for the hotel to message their customers letting them know they no longer offered parking . Luckily I was able to park in a meter and not pay very much. Hotel is very outdated. Not what it looks like in picture . Rooms were decent and I loved the view and location. Nearby grocery store and fast foods. Staff wasn’t friendly but also wasn’t rude. Would recommend due to being located right by the beach but keep in mind parking is very limited depending on meter availability or about $50 a night if you park offsite .

My wife and I chose here for a getaway. Overall ok. Not a five star. Very old hotel with modifications and upgraded rooms. Hallways were dinghy and dark and very tight. Room was clean. The upgraded streaming was annoying and the menu was stuck.

The hotel is in a really nice spot and have pretty much everything but parking is a big problem. There is no parking at the hotel you have to use the streets and public parking areas! Hotel is some what renovated but not the best, to be honest the price is what it’s worth!
