Very outdated hotel with slow and unresponsive staff. Room doors are difficult to open and close and often require force. Cleanliness needs improvement. A coffee machine or at least a kettle for hot water would be a nice addition. One night is more than enough. Location is okay, but there’s nothing nearby.

The room didn't have any dressers!! we asked for a luggage rack and never received one. I used the refrigerator to put my luggage on and my husband had to leave his on the floor. They don't have coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. They only have two elevators and one wasn't working and on a later date the other one wasn't working and guest had to use the stairs,our room was on the 9th floor

Elevators didn’t work and we had to walk 10 flights and when it did start working only one side worked. Door was jammed and didn’t close, had to use hip to open and close door.

Awful experience can’t express how much it ruined my vacation. Elevators were broken down no one to check me bring family’s suit cases down from the 9th floor. Fridge in room froze everything no matter what setting it was on, never answers phones front desk, out of everything during breakfast..when asked who’s gonna help me bring down everything with my child the morning of check out the guy smiled and laughed and said “since the elevator is broken someone probably is going to call out sorry “. There’s was a women stuck in a wheel chair in lobby for hours because she couldn’t get up to her room

Linen was not changed & was soiled, staff remade bed with dirty,same sheets. 1 elevator entire trip, 1 broken entire trip Beach accessible yes, but NO beach staff. Had to hunt for chair & umbrellas & carrying them thru sand, down beach other had lounge chairs lined up neatly with umbrellas out at dawn to see sun rise,, Not at this hotel that advertised beach staff& assistance with lounge chairs. Continual breakfast terrible,,,had to pay for eggs, muffins, meat, did not even have bagels with cream cheese, had to pay for that, I have always eaten at continental breakfast with bagels,muffins, doughnuts, etc! 1 star for beach access. Terrible

Staff was fantastic, rest was sub-par Woke up on last day and opened drapes to balcony- was homeless man jumping off balcony right at our door! Told staff, said sorry and did nothing more!!! Daily staff was great I feel they they are understaffed and lack of upkeep Staff seemed great to accommodate, but lacked ability to do anything to accommodate guests Won’t be back hnlrds rating improved!!!

Beach front and access to beach were great and the pool area was fine but be better if the pool was heated. I believe they were short staffed when we arrived as they were still cleaning rooms and we had to wait a half hour after our check in time that was 4pm. Not a deal breaker to give a bad review. I think it was a great room with lots to do around the area and beach front was a plus. I would definitely go back.

Location was perfect. The balcony rooms are nice, the view is stunning. Don’t have any expectations. Very obvious old hotel. David at the beach went above and beyond. Running around the beach making sure everyone had the set up they wanted at the beach. Checked in if we needed any drink/food orders. Rare to see that sort of customer service these days!

Awful hotel! They only had one working elevator and that broke as well. Elevators took 45 minutes to get to you because only one was working. At this point, both elevators are broken! They have not done anything about it! Stay away from this hotel!
