Do not stay here. The check-in process was a nightmare because they “overbooked” the room. After a long and exhausting day of flying, we were left waiting in the lobby for over an hour with no clear solution.
During that time, I was on the phone with Expedia for an entire hour while their agent tried to find us another hotel. Interestingly, a room “miraculously” became available only after Expedia stepped in and started looking for alternative accommodations for us. That was extremely frustrating and made the situation feel poorly handled.
Once we finally got into the room, the AC wasn’t working. We called maintenance, but they couldn’t fix it — instead, they brought us a fan. In a warm climate, that’s simply not acceptable.
I also tried calling the hotel multiple times before and during our stay, and the phone number doesn’t even work. No one answers. A hotel should have a functioning phone line and staff available to take calls.
Overall, the experience was exhausting, disappointing, and unprofessional.
