First, my husband and I waited over an hour for the shuttle until we decided to take an uber to the hotel, second, carpet was so filthy with an odor, third, on the website it states fitness center, there’s no gym whatsoever and fourth, they had washing machines but no quarters to provide to wash clothes, will never return to this hotel in the future

Probably is pretty decent. I enjoyed my stay it was cleaned and conveniently located for everything i needed to do. However i fell in the hotel lobby due the floor being wet and front desk staff showed no remorse , no apology, no are you okay. I was disappointed and sadden by that.

I made a mistake in booking this location and attempted to use the app to speak to a representative seeing as you do not have a customer service number to contact. I was unable to get any help. As a result I had to spend 3.5 hours trying to travel to the correct destination.

This is an older property and it shows its age. It was cleanish and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. They did not answer the phone when we called for airport transport though, so we had to Uber. Room was small but bed was comfy. Breakfast was good - home-made waffles, and the resident ducks (outside) were amusing.
