I’m not one to leave reviews but I was very unhappy with my time at this hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. Staff is unprofessional, very rude, not accommodating. We had lighting and heater issues in the room, said they couldn’t help with that. We asked for a later checkout. They gave us attitude. We didn’t even get a call or text when our room was ready. We had to call them and they said “it’s our job to check in with them” even after they told us they’ll reach out. Only nice staff were the bell boys.

Fabulous service. Clean, large and beautiful suite. Great surprise having a 2nd bathroom. Amazing views. Loved our stay. The elevators are a bit slow. If 3rd elevator was in working order there would not be such a delay. Overall great stay.

Cleanliness, Friendly front desk staff ( Shelly) Beach boys are excellent & attentive to your likes. Only dislike was the pool was a bit small & the elevator takes forever! I would definitely recommend & The Sole will see me again.
