The resort is conveniently located directly on the beach and also in the city area next to shopping center and stores . I was surprised by the silence in the room, I didn’t hear neighbors and extraneous sounds. That is really privacy space! The room is nice decorated by marine theme , very comfortable bed mattress , big windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the city. The room is equipped with TV refrigerator coffee maker . Coffee and tea was updated every day. Very spacious bathroom , all amenities and bathrobe. The hotel has stations with drinking filtered water and as a bonus, a sauna and steam room are open 24 hours for free! On the beach -for free towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Restaurant is inside the facility with a large selection of dishes, coffee shop , bar and it opens all day. Staff of resort are friendly and they are ready to provide assistance asap as needed. Thank you for nice vacation!

Zero hospitality and poor customer service. Ross at front desk was the only hotel staff that made an effort. Rest of them including restaurant staff couldn't care less if we have a good stay. I won’t be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ming in lobby and the beach staff. Our room was quite spacious, but could have been kept cleaner. The pool deck was sometimes in desperate need of tidying up, such as dirty dishes and cups. The beach was lovely and efficiently accessed. Some excellent restaurants nearby as well as cafes and grocery stores. Overall, a pleasant stay.

When we arrive, they allowed us to do an early check-in and let us go to the beach while they watched our belongings Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend anybody travelling with children that this is a great place

The property was beautiful. I got engaged on the balcony of 2202 A. The only issue i had, i asked for more coffee pods for room. The lady said aje qould have someone bring them. Hrs went by. Never got my coffee.

The staff at the front desk was wonderful, friendly very professional. Restaurant had an awesome breakfast and the server was amazing. Sat outside in at breakfast. The scenery was the beach housekeeping was amazing and provided great service. The only complain I have was the the person who gave out the towels at the pool. Her name was Ana She had horrible customer service skills didn’t show any empathy for the guest. She was quite rude.
