The hotel was great, good location but just take into consideration the parking. If you are driving in or renting a vehicle, parking will be a hassle in the area. They will suggest a couple of parking garages that have a nightly rate. We found it easier to park in the nearby public spaces for much cheaper. Keep in mind, these spot have a maximum time limit so you will need to renew the parking every few hours, even in the night.

The Abbey FTW in MB
This place is a hidden gem in Miami Beach! A few blocks from the beach, low key vibe, clean and pretty, super helpful staff, no fuss.

The room itself was beautiful, the bed was comfy and it had a lot of amenities I was looking for including a mini fridge, coffee machine, and safe. The hotel felt very secure, as the door locks automatically behind us, and there is an additional deadbolt lock and door stopper for additional safety. A few things were broken in the room however. The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way, and therefore couldn’t lock for privacy purposes. The outlets built into the desk were not working. Also the TV had instructions for how to do screen mirroring on your phone, but it was not connecting (I believe because the TV was not connected to the wifi and we had no ability to connect it ourselves, as that part of the menu was greyed out). So the TV was useless. Oh, and I really relied on the water dispenser in the lobby but after our first night, it broke and it was out of service for repairs for the rest of our stay. Overall, great but not amazing. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were visiting the convention centre, and it was just a few minutes walk from the beach, which meant we could leave all of our stuff at the hotel and just jump right in.

Great location close to good restaurants, shops, and the beach! Parking not great but that’s ok. Walls were quite thin and could hear other neighbours in their rooms. The rooms did feel stuffy at times. Overall great location and great price! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay
We only stayed for one night, we loved our stay. We actually wished we could have had time to stay longer. Location is absolutely convenient, you have the bus stop half a block away, trolley stations are also close by and there is a lot to do within walking distance. The beach is also a block away. Location, was absolutely convenient for us. The check in was super easy and fast, the staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and super comfortable. The area was quiet and perfect for resting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything clean. We would totally choose this hotel again.
