Good enough for the price...
Nice location and decent enough place to stay. Looks like it was renovated a few years ago, but nothing was being maintained well. Lots of things were broken or out of service. Pool and cabana areas were nice, but the music was too loud all the time, nonstop reggaetone. Change up the soundtrack once in a while and clean the pool more. Fine to stay for a fun weekend, but don't expect anything amazing. Close to beach and bars.

Second time staying there , love it but I know there is definitely mold there. My asthma acted up my first stay but this second stay confirmed it. Soon as I took a shower it like activated it. I was wheezing my eyes burned and I coughed and sneezed all night,

Nice and clean, has 4 separate buildings. Staff is very friendly. The pool was always full or occupied with towels. The bar was open only until 8pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Still there are plenty of bars around.

I did not like wireless connection I had to google a number to call for ac remote and TV remote I did not like trash in the hallway and rooftop elevator out of service definitely will not be returning I travel all yr round this is by far the worst

The hotel has a good location in terms of the beach, restaurants and entertainment. rooms are a bit small but they have a really nice decoration, bathrooms are extremely clean, friendly staff and free water for customers, the day we where leaving they where making some renovations and the noice in the lobby was loud.

Convenient distance to restaurants, shopping stores, beach and mostly everywhere. What I didn’t like was the room we stayed at because there was no place to place your belongings. I would have liked a dresser or some drawer for my clothes. I had to keep my luggage bags on the floor open, to find my outfit for every occasion. Also, the bathroom was uncomfortable because there was no shelf to put my personal stuff, like tooth brush and makeup and lotions.

Grande chambre avec deux lits confortables. Grande douche moderne très propre. Staff accueillant, souriant… Seul petit inconvénient était l’ascenseur qui fonctionnait pas alors que j’étais au 4eme étage avec des enfants en plus :) . J’avais réservé 5 nuits non remboursables via hôtel, j’ai du annuler les 3 dernières nuits car je trouvais que l’ambiance south beach n’est pas faite pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants .donc l’hôtel n’y est pour rien et je lui donne un 10/10 La réceptionniste était compréhensive et hôtels.com aussi, les deux ont accepté de me rembourser mes 3 nuits. Je recommande l’hôtel mais pas le south beach pour les familles conservatrices.

My honeymoon stay was ruined, overall my experience here was terrible. Staff spoke in their native Spanish language regardless of the guest not being able to speak the language. There valet service they are thieves please be aware. My husband’s shoes were stolen and no help from the hotel instead I was yelled at and called a liar. I left the trip early and will never again recommend or stay here.

Overall it was a 8/10. It was a lot of noise during the night. Everything was within walking distance. You have to pay additional for a room cleanings. We had to wait until 4pm to check in but you can pay extra for priority that does not guarantee that you work check early. The room was like a small bedroom. It was trash under the bed. The bathroom was cute but does not have a vent or air flow. Every shower cause me to cough a lot. And it did not have counter space. We booked two queen beds which was more like a full or extended twin. Bed was comfortable. No ice machine in building . You have to go outside to another building for ice. They do have storage for your bag until you departure or if you waiting for you room. I’ll book again for the location.
