I had a wonderful time. Very central location and only 11 minutes walk from the Ocean drive. Hotel was amazing and gave resort like vibes.

I liked the location, it’s close to everything and the staff is very nice, also it has code to open doors so you don’t need to be worried for keys. I didn’t like the infrastructure, it seems old and antiquated. Looks better in the pictures but it seems is the same pattern in south beach, old hotels

This property was in a convenient location and surrounded by tons of restaurant options. We were able to leave our bags before and after our stay, it meant we could spend more time at the beach! Easy check in and checkout, great option for an overnight or short stay!

1. Front desk staff inability to empathize as there was so much noise going on beside/over my head the 1st night. AT 3:30 AM, I was woken up. I asked to be moved, but fully booked. THEY DID NOT OFFER ME ANYTHING ELSE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE! THAT is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my 4th time staying here and as a loyal guest, I should have been treated better. I was ready to pack my things and go, but they would not refund me. I literally had to sleep with ear plugs and take sleeping aides to sleep. I was still awaken by loud closing doors! What I thought would be a rejuvenating trip, was a headache. The staff at the bar are thee sweetest and kindest people. When I asked for the manager, they said there was non there! How is there no manager in the WEEKENDS. I’m just severely disappointed in these workers. Also, it’s time to renovate and clean the curtains in the pool area! STAY ELSEWHERE! No matter how cheap the price is here.

Good for a cheaper option, but if you are looking for certain specific amenities, it may be worth spending a little more. For example, the pool was not heated, cleanings must be paid for, and the bar/breakfast is pretty pricey, but the rooftop and walking distance to anything in the area was great! Staying here depends on what you are willing to give up for the price, but it is a pretty good option for what's around.

I recently stayed at Sonder Hotel in Miami, and it was an overall great experience! Pros: Quiet & Relaxing – The hotel is in a peaceful area, perfect for unwinding. Friendly & Professional Staff – The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy Check-In & Check-Out – The process was smooth and hassle-free. Great Location – It’s ideal for those who love walking, with easy access to the beach, Ocean Drive, and shopping areas. Nice Pool Area – The pool space is aesthetically pleasing and a great place to relax. Cons: Pool Maintenance Could Be Better – While the pool itself is nice, it definitely needs a dedicated cleaning staff to keep it in top condition.

Loved it! It was so close to the beach (5 minute walk) and so many things around it to shop, eat, etc. The staff were excellent and the pool was small but cute.
