It seems like the hotel next door bought this property and they are slowly on making improvements. The place smelled musty and we kept finding little bugs in pur room. The pool area is not at this hotel, its at the much nicer property next door. We still had fun but the pictures made this olace seem nicer than it was.

Staff were all very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Gym was pretty good too. The room itself was my only complaint- bed wasn’t great, AC didn’t go below 72, bathroom had no fan and window was sealed shut. Didn’t try the restaurant but the space looked very nice.

The front desk was very nice but the alley outside our window….. . I am assuming has employees visiting and their conversations are loud and traveling to where we can’t sleep after a very long travel day. It is after 10 pm so not a fan of the noise. (We are in the 2nd floor)

The property is close to a lot of things on South Beach. It still has its character from the art deco era in which it was built. The room was clean and nice and there's a nice rooftop pool but we were unable to use it due to rain. Unfortunately the lobby space that is part of the hotel is no longer used and feels a little bit abandoned. Would be nice if they activated the space and turned it into a coffee shop or cafe or something.

Cute boutique hotel
Hotel is so cute! Rooms are nice and spacious. The pool area is amazing! The attached restaurant is delicious! My only complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were.
