Not clean, the rooms smelled bad and the AC was noisy. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality. There are so many other hotels with lower prices that are much better. I stayed there because it is close to Jackson Memorial Hospital but you can stay in much better hotels in better areas, cheaper and better quality, and use Metrorail to go to UM or the hospital

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We just didn’t like the area. We would walk our dogs around and there were a few homeless people and the area was under construction. I wouldn’t want to walk around by myself at night.

The staff absolutely make this place amazing!!! Because I come for medical reasons it is so nice to be well taken care of. I have been staying here for years. Very walkable, they have a shuttle for appointments. But the front desk staff are on point! They help in any way they can.
