We arrived late due to airport delays. Hotel 24 hr valet parking was MIA. We self parked only to find the attendant sitting inside. He informed us that we needed a parking pass available at the front desk. Fee $25. Then he would place in in our car and hold our keys. Not good.

When I drove up, it was scary to see the outside of the building in the shape that it was in. The stucco on the outside walls was falling off and it needed a lot of attention. That being said, the staff was beyond friendly and the inside was clean and maintained. I had trouble with my lights and they came right away to change a bulb. They offered a good breakfast and had a social.

Great Hotel
Our stay was great, although it was too short to experience all the amenities. Nonetheless, we made the most of it. The only issue we encountered was the hotel shuttle taking an hour and a half to pick us up after we called upon arrival. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall stay was awesome. Very very clean. There were some communication complications about the pickup from airport to hotel, so; advice for everyone in advance they want the door number that are located on the second floor street side, not the Purple Zone number located on the pillars. Unfortunately, we walked the entire airport until they called to fix the communication error professionally. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Definitely staying here on our next visit to Miami.

The staff brought our luggage upon arrival. They had no staff support to help with baggage once you were dropped off. Employee stood at door as we entered, offered no help. No on duty manager or supervisor to address concerns. Limited housekeeping. Most hotels bring extra needs to your room, here you have to go get them. Not a recommended future stay.

Really enjoyed our stay after our cruise. Room was large, nice bathroom. Staff really nice. We arrived early after our cruise, our room wasn’t available for an hour or 2 but they let us enjoy the breakfast buffet, very kind of them. We really enjoyed the large pool. We are definitely staying there again!!!
