I just like that way the Staff treat us as Customers and also the Cleanliness of the Facility. Unfortunately the Facility needs to improve the way they set up the Dorms. Customers doesn't have drawers where to place their clothes, that regularly every Hotel has it. On the shower is missing the Safety Bar for Older customers or with disabilities. The Hotel will be easily Sued if the customer fall down due to this missing item. The good thing its that the Hotel is located 15 minutes away form the Miami Airport but no close dining options for customers if they don't have a Car. To get to this places they have to get a Taxi or Uber to be transport it. On the Dorms was missing also the small refrigerator to keep food or beverages that need to be cold. The Hotel is nice but I believe with this improvements You will have many customers that regularly.

The staff was extremely willing to serve and assist, not that I would not expect that service with the price point of the rooms. Very pleasant stay. Microwave, fridge and mini-bar in rooms would be nice but, other than the bar, are available upon request providing available.

Great atmosphere and service from valet, checkin and The Collab! The coffee machine in the room didn’t really work and the cream packets were opened. Had to get coffee downstairs, which The Collab was very accommodating! Bed was very comfy and temp was pleasant. Staff is great! Nice to be in walking distance to many shops.

Overall good hotel, convenient location and very attentive staff. However they didn't do the housekeeping one day ... completely forgot it... and the housekeeping was average... for a VIP access hotel attention to details should be taken seriously. Last stay at this hotel a year ago was better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thēsis Hotel. We were in town to tour the University of Miami Campus, and the hotel's location was ideal. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was very nice; loved the high ceilings. We took advantage of the pool, the two terraces and happy hour at The Collab. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. We highly recommend Thēsis Hotel.

Thesis messed up and deleted part of my recent reservation. We had it added back and confirmed the price was still $199 ($250 with tax). They charged our credit card $954. I have called and emailed the managers CJ and Bryan. To date, no response. Janay the person who made the reservation/error even confirmed with the original room rate.
