Our shower and bathroom floors were dirty. There was hair and dirt stains in the shower and hair on the floors. The hotel looks nice and upon entering the front desk staff is polite and professional. Valet is $39/day which is pretty standard for the area. They have a mandatory $27 amenity fee. I asked and they said it gives you $20 credit at one of their restaurants which doesn’t make much sense. This fee is per day so add that to your nightly rate. If they had consciously cleaned the bathroom, it would have been a good stay.

Great hotel very close to the U campus. An issue we had was a very loud band and party between th two buildings. We complained because they were still going past midnight. In response they quickly apologized and offered to cover brunch the next day. Very good response and service even though the music continued for another half hour.
