Staff is there to assist you and are friendly and a pleasure to work with. Property was clean, and room was spacious and comfortable. Pool deck had a gorgeous view. Hotel had large breakfast options included in the reservation. Hotel was quiet and pleasant. Loved this stay and hope to visit again.

Super expensive for an average experience. Other hotel across the street cost 1/3 the price and offers the same type of room and cleaning. Check in staff were ok, breakfast staff were absolutely disrespectful and rude, check out was fast. Not worth the cost.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. The decor was very up to date and the price was very reasonable especially with breakfast being included. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The area feels very safe and walkable to shopping and restaurants.

You cannot control the temperature of the room; you have to call the front desk. There is no parking except Vallet…they damaged my car. 1st room the shower head was spraying everywhere, 2nd room the TV didn’t work and had exposed wiring maintenance didn't seem to care someone could get shocked, the 3rd room the deadbolt didn’t work(I gave up at that point). There are gender segregated swimming times in the morning and at night taking 4 hours of swim time opportunities from non-jewish guests. Breakfast is anything but American and is nasty. No coffee, unless you like instant. The roof pool and jacuzzi is pretty awesome, I’ll give them that.
