Guest Service sucks in theis residence. Despite I have informed them in prior at booking time and again a day before arrival that we have a baby and we need a baby crib ready in the room once we arrived there was no crib in the room and I had to follow up with guest service a few times to receive it at midnight along with pillow and bed sheet for sofa bed. We finally got the blanket after five days one day before our check out. We had the same story for every single service we requested like taking out the trashes etc. There was no slope at the Hotel entrance and we had difficulty having the stroller with us.Hotel condition and Amenities was good and updated. The suit was clean at the entrance but there was no proper cleaning service during our stay. I liked the bay view from our suit.

Was told the day before check-in we’d be able to get into the room at 1:00 which didn’t happened, but we waited until 45 minutes after 4:00 check-in time before our room was ready and the room shows signs of wear & tear, it’s not been vacuumed nor dusted in a while, counters were partially cleaned and there room is not well-stocked (towels, plates, glasses, etc)

This is our first time here in Miami as a family vacation and was hoping to have a great experience. When I got here parked in the side was clueless since it’s the first time . The valet staff wasn’t welcoming they were just pressured . Then we got here at 3:40 since check in was 4 . The staff Kathy told me they were still cleaning the room . Understanding the situation since we were here 20 min early . Then after 4:20 went to ask if it was ready she was typing and said not yet 20 till 30 min more . After that time frame my mother in law went to ask how much longer . The lady said now we are just waiting for the room to be inspected. That it well take 5 till 6 minutes more . We are coming from Fresno Tx that’s 18 hours away from here my family was very tired and was just ready to get here relax and go to the pool . My mother in law went again this time it was already 5:15 pm finally they gave us room 4609 . And the cleaning wasn’t completed I took picture don’t want yall to think we left it this way we can share if needed .

Wouldn’t stay here again. The great thing is the location, across the street from Bayside and Bayfront park. Otherwise poor service. It seems not enough staff and workforce to handle the volumes of bookings. Valet is terrible takes forever to get the car. Room had no toilet papers, body wash in the shower was empty. Floor had white stains. Room service takes long time to respond up to an hour. Internet is super slow. It doesn’t feel like a hotel but rather apartment building.
