We had a great experience here twice. Walking distance to Kaseya Center. The views are amazing. It has a kitchenette and a coffee machine. The pool and gym are world-class. Great place for the whole family.

Not so hot in Miami

Upon arrival I checked into the hotel, my room was not ready until almost 5:00. The staff knew the hotel was at capacity because of the concert. They should have been better prepared for the arrivals. There was a gentleman walking through the lobby with drinks, alcoholic, which is fine. But, there are those of us who don’t drink and I had a 19 year old with me. There were no drink options for those who chose not to partake. The fee of $75 for valet parking is ridiculous, upon being charged almost $20 for a parking tax. Requested my car from valet at 10:15 and didn’t get my car until over an hour later. There really is no excuse for the wait, again not prepared for the capacity of the hotel. I was eventually walked to my car which was barely inside the door of the garage. With all of this happening there were no apologies made, no compensation of any type offered for the inconvenience of me your guest. While the hotel is in a great location for the concert at Kaseya Center, I’m not sure I would return.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a great pool, an amazing pool bar, and a first-class fitness center. During our stay, there was an issue with the room above us that required access to ours. Joe gave me a courteous call, kindly explained the situation, and asked if we’d be willing to move rooms. We gladly did, and I truly appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully he handled everything—it was a true win-win. Thanks to that level of service, I would happily return and stay at this hotel again.
