For me this was an ok hotel. My issues with this place was the fact that I booked this hotel because of the pool once we arrived the pool was closed for the week and NO where on the site did it say the pool was closed. Then at check in they say it’s $100 a night deposit plus resort fee and again I was not informed you would have to pay resort and deposit and now I don’t even get all my deposit back and no reason on why I didn’t receive all my money back. And how do hotels not have a microwave in the room or in the hotel for guest to warm up there food. They also could use some updates in the bathroom tile was missing from the shower. I will not book here again

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel needs a refresher, looks outdated in the hallways and in common areas. We were excited about the pool and then realized there is no shade to sit under anything. So that was a no go! Staff was not very welcoming and not helpful when I asked about car parking, I was only told of the options at the hotel. Well, two blocks down you can park for 1/2 the price. No coffee stations and no breakfast areas. Only the bar/restaurant for dinner as an option.

When u arrive at the property know that you have to pay every night you stay a security deposit it’s not 24 hour service i waited 2 days for room service i got kicked out my room and had to sit on the hallway floor with my bathing suit on cause the housekeeper wanted to clean my room after 2 days of asking for it the staff were really rude my friend fell at the pool and nobody checked on her or nothing i highly recommend not booking with them

Rooms are clean & spacious. Area is quiet & safe at night. It has a nice pool on rooftop with bar right by the pool, those frozen drinks were on point. The Rest (SOLA) is ok but limited menu & drinks in rest are just ok; no interest from staff to impress guest with drinks or food presentation...Waitresses & front desk were amazing!
