The staff member tried to change my room to a regular when I booked a balcony room. When I showed her my reservation she tried to down play me and the “upgraded” me to a balcony room. How can you upgrade me to something that I’ve originally reserved and paid for???? I didn’t like that for my first experience here.

The pool and amenities were really great. The cold tub and hot tub were the highlights. We had the VIP access but never really received any of the benefits. We did not receive the bottle of wine that was promised when we booked until we checked and and we had to ask for it 4 times before we received it.

We had a great experience! The room was beautiful, we enjoyed the Miami Beach club access, just one block from Arsht Center for broadway show (as well as other events), very good breakfast, and amazing staff. We would definitely stay again at the hotel.

The service and attention to detail at this hotel are excellent. My pool room was spacious, modern and had such a chic laid back vibe. The pools are beautiful and the view of the port is gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

Hotel in good location for Downtown Miami. Restaurant lacked any character. Breakfast very limited. Noise from main road was VERY bad.

Property was quiet and very cute. We enjoyed our weekend. View from the balcony was gorgeous minus the construction taking the place. My only complaint is the lack of a microwave in the room. Because there's no way to reheat food, we wasted so much.
