Staff were super from check in to check out. Room was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk to the beach. Easy to access the whole SOBE area, great to go out walking and generally enjoy the whole beach area.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was quite small and sometimes sunbeds weren’t available. The restaurant was disappointing but we intended to eat out mostly anyway. Would stay again.

This property is misleading. The restaurant is closed. The hot tub was either scalding. I mean scalding to the point that they had to close it as 5 seconds in would cause burns. They say is was fixed and it was cold then the next day scalding. The temp controls in the room do not work even after they said they fixed it twice. No wonder they are losing the Doubletree branding.

The hotel overall was nice but the mattress was a bit broken down, the pillows were flat and we had asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and it never was. We had to call the front desk for new towels but never got our bed linens changed. We also called down for valet to bring us our car the day we were leaving and had no response and when we got down to valet the gentleman was sleeping at the valet desk.

I was disappointed upon checking in to be told I failed to pay the fees. It was only upon my persistence for them to check their records my payment was found. Some of the staff members seemed reluctant to provide assistance. The breakfast options were limited and costly.
