I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering beautiful views of the beach. I also appreciated that they provide umbrellas for guests to use if it rains. The location is excellent, and I would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

Dominic the bell man and the lady from Haiti who worked in the lower bar were great - the rest of the staff, not so much. We actually walked out of the restaurant as the hostess took us to the table, threw the menus on the table and walked away without even cleaning the non-needed settings from the table!

We don't know why this property was rated so highly. The location of the hotel was the best thing about it. Concierge staff was very helpful and engaging every day of our stay. However, the front desk staff was not friendly and not very helpful when asked questions or even just in passing by the desk every day. The area where our room was located was very noisy every night. The water bottles in our room were not replenished daily. If we were to stay here again it would only be due to the rate and the convenient location.

This was our 2nd stay at The Tony and I hope to be back again! The location is excellent, rooftop pool and bar are great and super chill, and the staff is A+. I also noticed many of the same staff members were here a year later so they must be doing something right to retain great people. The two restaurants where you receive a discount for staying at They Tony are also excellent. I also love the historic significance of the architecture. Would be nice to have more info around the hotel explaining all the cool art deco details of the floors, walls, windows, etc...it's so special!!!
