The Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove was great all sr
All staff were very helpful, especially valet Carlos. He went above and beyond to help my husband who has a disability. We appreciated all of the staff.

The room was dirty it seemed like it had not been cleaned for months. Dirty shower floor and walls. There were long hairs of another person on the shower walls. The floors were filthy and the doors and sliding glass door handle and frame were filthy.

Our rental, unit 515, was a disappointment. Toilet didn't flush adequately, ran constantly and often when the toilet above flushed there was a water swirl in ours, air conditioner blower was very loud and difficult to set, poor water volume in kitchen, three of the high stools were loose and unsafe. Spacious quarters with all the big and small details that make an enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and helpful but the biggest plus was the location. parks, restaurants and a bustling business area. Have tried several hotels in this area over the years but found Mutiny the best - and the best dollar value
