Staff is amazing. Great location. No balcony or window to enjoy ocean and rain. Food was poor. Nothing nearby to walk to accept beach. Although nice I would never stay here again. Not enough for the money.

Being nickel and dimed for resort fees and parking and having extra 20 percent added to everything then pressured for more. A conference took over the space I wanted to enjoy for my breakfast, the room was very small for the price with a bad view of construction and the ice machine on my floor did not work.

We loved our stay. The staff was SO nice, the hotel was clean and beautiful. Everyone waved when we passed by and we felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The hotel isn't as big as other hotels, it felt like a boutique hotel which I loved because I could access the beach quickly and the pool too. We had a really great time.

Nice location close to everything you need for south beach but this hotel really didn’t care at all that it was our honeymoon. No recognition on check in, our room was never cleaned and we had to ask - twice. The city view rooms are barely a view as they’re on the corner. However the food in the restaurant was excellent.
