Beach was fantastic, ocean water was clean, no sea weed. Really friendly staff, Denis at the front desk was very welcoming. Our room was nice. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only neg were the elevators - I was stuck in one for 10 minutes, and late at night, they made banging noises in the walls. Will definitely come back to the Palms.

First impression getting to the hotel, there were guests smoking in the front. We arrived with many bags and stroller/car seats. Nobody greeted us or offered to help from the hotel staff. Check in was fine. Hotel room had a strong smell when we walked in, I can't place it but it wasn't great. Restaurant food was not great and the staff's attention to detail was lacking. We ordered sweet potato fries and we received overcooked regular fries. There is no attention to detail in the service here and overall would likely not return. Nothing spectacular about this hotel.

Great, they have beach service and loungers for hotel guests, Staff were exceptional. 3 min Uber to Franklin st shopping. Lots of restaurants all over that area too. Drinks on the patio late nite was great.

Really enjoyed out stay although when I booked my app. I did not realize that the suits did not have balconies. Not clear enough when booking on expedia. Place is a little run down such as shower is old and does not work properly. Also no bathtubs! Place is very clean and our view was great!
