The staff is great. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Our room was right next to check in, the elevator and the restaurant it was extremely loud. Our tv didn’t work, the front desk worker tried to fix it but couldn’t, finally we were able to fix it. The location to the beach was great.

It's ok
The front desk and the bar was literally next to each other. The bartender kept bumping into me (shoving me a little in a sense) as I was trying to check in. Other than that, the room was great. Had everything I needed. However there was really loud conversations outside my door and in the hallway. Didn't realize how thin the walls are.

Great spot to stay in South Beach. You can keep the AC on or open the windows to feel the wind from the sea :) . The Miami Beach Parking Garage is the best place to park your car (20$ / day). Good meal at the Whitelaw Hotel.
