In the instructions it says there’s no parking, but there’s parking spots around the hotel that aren’t the hotel’s. They’ll tow your car, and the tow company is running a racket where they’ll charge you 420 dollars to tow you 1 mile.

Una de las habitaciones estaba muy bien en el edificio 7, pero la del edificio 5 estaba deteriorada, el sofa cama estaba sucio y el mattress pad también arenas que el colchon es de resortes estaba salience, me toco dormir ahí y fue una pesadilla, la cocina estaba sucia y los gabinetes por dentro también.

We checked in late at night after evacuation of our hometown for a hurricane. Check in took hours. We went to our room and found cracked / loose floor tiles throughout the unit. No sheets for the sofa bed - sheets didn't arrive until 2am. Dead bugs all over the unit. Showers disgusting. Someone else's body hair in the bed linens. Horrible room conditioning. Cracked glass in entry door. We slept there that night and were booked for two additional nights (total of 3 nights) but we checked out to go to a different hotel immediately in the morning. I dropped the room keys off at the front desk and let them know we were leaving early. I whispered to the manager about the issues with the room. She said sorry about that but your 3 night stay is non refundable.

I did like the proximity to the beach and shopping. What I didn't like was the condition of the apartments. The bed linens had someone's fake eyelashes and human hair on them. Chipped tiles, stove not clean. This is sad as I have been staying at this location for the past four years. It is really in need of attention and care.
