Convenient and comfortable place to stay

Great location to visit national parks as well as the Keys. Excellent and responsible staff, solid breakfast, and clean and well cared for rooms and grounds. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and actually very reasonable price compared to Key west which was only an hours drive

Good location, okay overall

The main positive of this hotel is its location- close proximity to one of the Everglades National Park’s entrances and close to Ocean City Drive/US 1 South to the Keys. It was clean and had a decent amount of space. However, travelers should know that this location is more of a motel-style in that all doors open to the outside. Doors are secured with a chain latch and deadbolt. Walls are thin and conversations outside are easily heard. The bed we had (king) was a mattress and frame (no box spring) which made it uncomfortable and lumpy. Breakfast was okay, but the space was cramped with no real flow and feeling like you are having to box people out to get food.

We did an overnight. Gio and the rest of the staff were all very friendly. Our room was very quiet. The bed was soft and the water was hot. I would recommend this spot.

On our way to the keys

We loved this motel. It was right off road but very quiet. The grounds were beautiful. We felt very safe. There was a gentleman riding around in the golf cart most of the evening checking on things. Very friendly people .It was close to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Super clean not a piece of garbage anywhere on the property. Rooms and bathroom was spotless. I’d stay here again. Worth the extra couple bucks to stay here. My family tried save a couple bucks staying at the garden inn up the street. That place was an armpit stain of hotel. Do you yourself a favor and stay here!
